Location was great, it being right beside Walmart. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was pretty good as well, and also the gym had some good equipment too.

The cord for the iron was snugged inside the holder, so I couldn't use the iron to press my attire. These small things should be checked and/or replaced before rooms become available, not a deal breaker but just for future consideration.

Great location close to Snowden Grove ballpark

The side door on the hotel was not locked and anyone was free to thru the door without a key. My room was the first one by the door. Also the breakfast selection was very slim and not the greatest. As a baseball team we try to select our hotels with convenience to ballfield and a good breakfast for the boys before games that day. Expected a better selection for the price we paid.

Nice size room and very clean. I loved the full size refrigerator instead of the mini fridge that most hotels have.

It wasn’t nothing that I didn’t like about the property. They had to close the pool down, but they offer the Hilton suites but it was great.

The staff especially the ladies at breakfast, Justin Carlos Michael, Mr. Gary, were great and so was the front desk personnel. It is a very comfortable hotel and convenient location.

there was food under the bed and someone had obviously tried to break into rm 228 on a previous stay but no one changed the doors. Maintenance came up and made sure the bolts were tightened. The TV needs to be changed because of the unexpected volume of 100 that kept happening Housekeeping is not given enough time, froot loops should not have been under the bed

Amenities were too expensive. They did not clean our room until 3rd request and still didn’t make The bed nor give us new towels. Lazy housekeeping.

The room was clean and it was a very convenient location.

I didn’t like the breakfast hostess. She was moving kinda slow even though it was a few people there waiting for food. I think if the hotel is full there should me more than one person serving or at least two waffle makers because it takes time to make and a lot of people like them. She even told us we couldn’t get certain things because they were a full house but we paid just like everyone else.

The room was very clean,and location.oh and the front desk clerk was such a sweetheart,will definitely be going back.

Phyllis at the Front Desk was wonderful! All of the staff was wonderful. So friendly and accommodating! The gym was nicely equipped.
