A youth hostel with so much potential in a quiet part of a lovely town. The students and others staying here were very friendly and chatty, unlike the staff who seemed to have nothing to do but still couldn't make time to chat or interact. Plenty of parking, both room and bathroom were clean and there was plenty of hot water in the shower. The communal kitchen if you wanted to use it had minimal plates, cutlery etc and was OK clean.... fridges looked a health hazard 😬 Could have been so much more.... bar not open, not really any vibe. A shame. But at £40 a night for 2 people with breakfast, very affordable.

Kitchen as above not great, two single beds were wobbly but surprisingly comfortable once in them 😅 Breakfast was adequate... orange squash not juice, cereal, a roll, some fruit, cheese slices and jam etc

Nice and affordable accomodation. Breakfast was not very rich but still good. Wi-Fi worked well. Nice and welcoming staff. Free parking on the hotel’s territory.

It took quite long to get hot water to become hot late in the evening. But in the morning it was quick. I would say it was not too warm in the room despite the heater was at the highest mark.

Location was pity centre. Breakfast was cheap and light .just quick Breakfast. .Hostel was clean,tidy up,very very free space.lots of area ...just big hostel enough space everywhere. U like too much.

My room. Was four bed and big room.My room has too much cigarette smell.It was very bad.When I entered just boomiting. Need to be spray when giest out.Or to be prohibited to smoking inside the room.

We didn’t have breakfast and the location wasn’t that important to us as we drove into town to shop and look around. What struck us was how excellent was the design and the service provided by the hostel. We felt very lucky to be so well accommodated at the end of a long and tiring journey when we expected to camp but the weather dissuaded us. We were very happy to have some space and comfort and thank everyone who had a hand in that. We have not stayed in many hostels but we still suspect this one is one of the very best when it comes to good value accommodation. Thank you.

Where I have stayed which was four bed.. ups bed , there is no multi flag and socket . I think, ups bed should attach multi flag so that client can charge their mobile phone as well. Anyway, I am very happy to stay in this hotel.

Receptionist, She is vary helpful and beautiful Portuguese woman .

I am allergic to dust. My body knows better than I can see. So, I felt a bit uncomfortable and itchy. For people without allergy, it is perfect Lockers can't be locked

Quiet place quite far from centre, very peaceful and good for relaxing. Free breakfast - simple but still good for the price of the accomodation. Big rooms, clean bathrooms, friendly staff. Plenty of space to park if you're coming by car.

All over its good I like it and have good view from room at night and day. Morning breakfast is good. Staffs are very polite and friendly.

Rooms are not sound proof it's hard to sleep at night too much noise from neighbor rooms. Bed is not comfortable for good sleep There is no enough space in bath tub for bathing

The hostel is extremely clean and the breakfast is great for the price of the stay....... The individual bathroom for the dorm room is really good. Safe storage for my bicycle.....All in a very good place

The stay in a dorm anywhere depends on who you share the room with.

Very convenient if you need a place to stay for a short time while traveling, don't expect anything fancy, but the overall environment was very welcoming and cozy

breakfast was always the same: bread, butter, ham, cheese and coffee. The beds were not the best comfort, would advise to bring your own sleeping bag
