The location was a short walk from the old square and close to free street parking. The receptionist was efficient and friendly. We knew breakfast was included but expected a DIY coffee and wrapped cake but we're pleasantly surprised. We were served coffee, juice, croissants with jams and bread rolls with cheese and ham. The only odd thing was that there was only one socket by the TV so it was a choice between having the fridge on (it was a very hot night) or having the TV on.

Nothing to dislike (except the niggle as stated with fridge/TV) Oh, and the hairdryer didn't come away from the wall - there was a little stool so I think you were supposed to sit on that and put your head underneath - not sure.

The cleaness of the room and hotel. The sympathy of the staff and the very good location for those who want to be close to the center of Bragança. The fact that they allow the saty of pets.

The brekfast was made with bred and a croissant. Too much flavor. The air conditioned should be more confortable. Probably because of the windows.

Great price, 5 minutes away from the Bus terminal on foot and around 15 minutes away from the historical centre, good staff, clean rooms with amenities, good wi-fi, breakfast included.

The breakfast should have a "buffet style", with bread, cereal, fruits, etc. The staff serves the table with a standardized menu for everyone, disregarding dietary restrictions. The coffee also was quite cold.

It was easy to find. The staff were excellent and very helpful even though we could not speak Portuguese. The rooms were spotless.

The WiFi was very weak and there was no designated parking although we did manage to find a space outside but we had to leave early to avoid a penalty charge.

The staff were great! I don't speak Portuguese and they were wonderful and patient and kind.

There was nothing I did not like.

every day exactly the same breakfast in the form of two slices of ham and cheese and a croissant, you get tired of it during a longer stay (who wants to eat the same thing all the time), you would like to change it up..

Very simple but complete. Good location if u want to visit the castle

Not too sure whay would happen if u arrive from a late night out, front door is locked but u don't get a key. We are always here I was told.

The breakfast is too simple; there are no eggs, no sausages, only bread, cheese, and ham to eat. The juice is not natural, and there was only a simple coffee and milk.

The location is great the staff are super nice. The place is very clean, good breakfast and good value for money. Highly recommend.

The only problem was the beds were uncomfortable and too noisy. If they could update the beds it would be excellent.

Very helpful staff at check-in & breakfast. 5mins to bus station. Nice places to eat/ drink within 100mtrs. Room v quiet & clean.

Not sure if this is standard but my bed rock hard?
