The Seaham was perfect, from the moment we arrived, Nick was so helpful, saving a parking space for us to park our Range Rover for the whole stay (And Free !). As soon as we arrived Nick and Caroline were waiting to greet us and after signing in, we were given our key and shown to our Beautiful room, So well put together, excellent interior design (I should know,As I have been on a design TV show myself)everything was spotless and looked New , The room was perfectly appointed with all the furniture etc you could need, but not too much. The Bathroom en suite was Lovely and exceptionally clean. The view from our room was superb, you can literally see the whole Way to the pier at the end of Weymouth Beach. Also, very conveniently a bus stop is opposite the Seaham, which will take you into the Town Center ( a Godsend if you a bit tired). Breakfast in the morning was beautiful, Perfectly cooked and all locally made very high quality ingredients and lots of it , Caroline is a fantastic Hostess and Chef. We literally couldn't eat anything till The evening as we were so full from an amazing breakfast. On coming back to The Seaham for the evening, Caroline had been in and thoroughly cleaned up our room, which was such a treat, and much appreciated. Both The Seaham and Nick and Caroline are 5* 10/10 A1. Praise indeed ,But true 😊 Thank You Both for a wonderful Stay and we will be back again Soon and for many year's to come. Simon and Paul.
Nothing not too like !!!

Lovely room, nice decor, very clean throughout the whole accomodation, delicious breakfast with so much choice too, lovely staff, friendly, efficient and helpful, brilliant location, will definitely stay again.
I am not complaining because it's such a minor thing.....but the only thing I would say is there were no glasses in our room. There were bottles of water, mugs, and tea/coffee, so otherwise well equipped. Also, I'm sure if we had asked, the owners would've provided them for us, but we didn't realise until we returned fairly late to the room, so we didn't want to disturb them.

We liked everything and will definitely visit again. The location is perfect for the seafront and shops, restraunts etc. The hosts Nick and Caroline are such a lovely couple, they went above and beyond to make our stay relaxing and comfortable. Nick loves a good joke and a laugh, Caroline cooks the most delicious breakfast with lots of choice. The bedroom room 5 was beautifully furnished and kept us fit 🤣on the top floor. A big thank you from us Alastair and Helena xx

Nick and Caroline were good hosts Their Breakfast are as good as the pictures on the Web site.
The bath room was very small It was functional but shower very cramped no where to put jell or shampoo. If towel rail had been on you would burn legs while on toilet. Dressing table stool was ripped Our room was at the front of the guest house and there is alot of traffic noise. Which is a real shame as the to me attention to detail is what makes happy customer's

I loved the location, the lovely interior of the room and the breakfast that was cooked to perfection. Nick and Caroline were extremely helpful with everything and even let us check in at 12pm. Also the room was exceptionally clean and the house was very quiet.
Nothing that ruined our stay but the road is quite busy and the blinds were not enough to properly darken the room. Also the shower did not get very warm at busy times but this didn't bother us.

Room with sea view. With a wonderful window seat. Cleanliness of room. Serviced daily. Plenty of drawer and wardrobe space. Comfortable bed; tea and coffee making facilities Although en suite compact. It had everything we needed. The bedroom more than made up for it
Not a dislike as such just personal preference in that as there was so much breakfast choice struggled to decide the evening before.

We had a wonderful time in Weymouth at The Seaham at the start of June. Nick and Caroline were very accommodating and helpful throughout our stay, and the excellent breakfasts kept us well fed every day. The room was a decent size, the bed was comfortable, and the whole house was clean and well kept. We honestly had no negative experiences throughout our stay, and would definitely recommend The Seaham to anyone planning a getaway in Weymouth. Thanks Nick and Caroline, you really made our holiday a holiday!
Nothing.

Very comfortable bed, very good quality bed linen and towels. Very nicely decorated. Very good, plentiful breakfast and a very good choice of fresh food. Very pleasant hosts. Situated close to beach, bars and restaurants. Very clean. What you see on the pictures is what you get. Hosts organised a parking permit for us.
We liked everything but just a suggestion: to install a bigger rail radiator in the bathroom or a couple of hooks on bathroom door for the towels to dry more easily.
