Lots of clean nice pillows. Nice clean bathroom. Bedding was clean room seem to be nice and clean. Pleasant front staff small and quaint decent breakfast. Parking was really tight I had to park on the opposite side of the entrance and I was a solo woman alone disabled and it was kind of scary for me at night to be walking disabled with a limp in the snow. All the cars had parked so close to the other car since the parking spaces were so small I couldn't fit my Cadillac into any parking spaces so I had to pack up on the other side of the building because I guess they were full or something I don't know why the parking lot was so tight with cars. I thought the night staff was very pleasant same with the morning staff. Though there was not much selection for breakfast what they had at least filled your stomach and was there for the full time stated..

I didn't like that they charge my credit card $50 right away for incidentals that I never did before they even checked my room right when I checked in that wasn't stated on the booking.com site that should be stated if that's what they're going to do. And it's insulting to be accused of smoking or bringing a pet when you're supposed to announce that upon your stay and then get accused of it and charge $50 when you get there before you've even checked in. Not fair to those who are being honest. And I'm still waiting for my refund 24 hours later.

The reservation was quick and easy. The night front desk staff was very good. Nice, polite, professional. Top marks.

The morning desk staff was a bit rude. More interested in her personal phone call(s) than taking a 1 hour late check out request. I had made the request with the reservation. She was annoyed that my lady asked about the last check out. Said she had no information on the reservation. Just not very professional.

The room itself was very nice, clean, refurbished, well laid out etc. The lobby and elevator could use some work, but you just pass through those the room itself was great.

The breakfast really could have used some options like a bagel or pastry.

The breakfast choices were very few- waffles, cold cereal, yogurt. Only 2% milk. I mean, it was okay, but some kind of protein, and half and half for the coffee would have been awesome.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Also, the microwave is a huge plus.

My biggest peeve is when they start "pushing you out" earlier than check out time. The maid literally opened our door and hour before normal check out hours. And we didn't check in until midnight!

Just okay

Staff was pleasant and knowledgeable Rooms were clean, but the bathroom needed to be updated. Toilet seat is old and needs to be replaced and the drywall is in need of repair.

Despite all of the upgrades it was clean and everyone was friendly and respectful.

Beds were very comfortable. Clean.

Staff was great, easy check-in, room was clean and comfortable and quiet. Liked having my own coffee since we are big coffee drinkers. Breakfast was really good but a little cold from sitting out for a while. Overall we were happy.

There were people hanging out around the hotel that made us uncomfortable. The stairs and hallways did not appear to be clean and were not vacuumed, although we arrived late and that might have just been the days traffic. The curtains hang over the heater and it was annoying watching them swell with air. I shoved a couple pillows up against them which did the trick. I couldn't open them because anyone going by could see right in. Coffee was a single serve in the lobby so people had to wait in line just to get a coffee. Breakfast is not kept warm.
