The staff, from reception to housekeeping and restaurant service, were all polite and welcoming, making us feel at home. They do their best to accommodate requests, and if something isn’t possible, they communicate it courteously while offering alternative solutions. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise, with a variety of warm dishes available each day and a rotating selection on the buffet. However, as Kyrgyzstan has a predominantly meat-based cuisine, vegan options were limited. We stayed in a double room, which provided ample space for two people, accommodating two large suitcases and two carry-on trolleys comfortably. We chose this hotel for its proximity to the airport, making it a convenient option. To reach the city center, we took a taxi, which can be booked via Yandex or with assistance from the reception.

I would classify the Art Hotel as a good 3-star hotel. Four-star hotels in Bishkek include Novotel, Ramada, and Sofia International Hotels. I was impressed by the friendly service and the willingness to help with any problems. The rooms are practical and functional. You shouldn't expect much more than a good 3-star hotel.

The breakfast buffet at the Art Hotel is very small and the selection is limited. The biggest drawback is the hotel's remote location outside the city center. The air conditioning was set very cold. The manual was brief and inadequately explained in three or four points. I spent quite a while trying to figure out how to increase the temperature.

The hotel is good for the money we paid. It serves a decent breakfast, included fresh, locally sourced ingredients, eggs, and variety for each day. The property and room well-maintained. They did everyday cleaning to the room. Towels and toiletries are provided. Room equipped with kettle, tea/coffee, water bottles. Staff talks English, which is a great thing. It was a good stay, worth of the money.

Location is not so interesting as it is bit away from the city centre, but taxis are available on online booking via Yandex. Room is small and the color theme of the hotel is black and white, and the black is more prominent which makes the rooms more dull and congested. The hotel is in a quiet location, but close to the main thoroughfare in Bishkek. It is very modern and nicely decorated. The room was a suite, which afforded a good space for a family. There was a bed and a double sofa bed, both of which were very comfortable. There was also a table and two stools, a fridge, kettle and the usual provision of tea/coffee. The bathroom was clean and the shower powerful. The hotel organised a car rental for us, through a company in Bishkek, which was very helpful as we had no luck contacting rental companies directly. The car was new and very good. However, before we got the usual rental details on a document, we were in contact with someone at the hotel who offered us a Toyota Highlander from 2004 for almost the same price as the car we ended up renting. It was quite strange, as this person offered us only this very old car (7 seater) or a Kia Carnival (7 seater as well). Then, after several days going back and forth discussing these offers and some pictures of a car in someone’s back garden or a Middle East car dealership, someone else started replying to my messages (on booking’s app) and the conversation became much more professional, with a picture of a table with the rental prices and conditions as you would expect. It was obviously a different member of staff, as this person didn’t seem to be aware of what had been discussed prior. It made me wonder if the other person was trying to rent a friend’s car. Apart from that, the staff were polite and very helpful. We used the hotel’s service for pickup and drop off at the airport, which was very convenient. Would definitively stay again and recommend!

It’s not a dislike, but it wasn’t clear to us that latte/cappuccino is not included in the breakfast and there is an extra charge for this. We only realised when we were checking out.

Its our 2nd stay within 1 week.. but once we checked in we entered to the room and washroom.. unfortunately I couldn’t breathe inside the washroom as it was smelly too much and haven’t flushed after previous use🤮.. I believe housekeeping staffs have missed to double check the room before releasing the room..

I recently stayed at Art Hotel, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The front desk personnel were welcoming and efficient, making the check-in process smooth and swift. The room was a pleasant surprise – comfortable, immaculately clean, and well-appointed with all the modern amenities one could hope for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, promising a good night's sleep. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast offered by the hotel. The variety and quality of the food were exceptional, with plenty of options to cater to all tastes and dietary requirements.

Excellent hotel, conveniently placed close to one of the stations of the airport shuttle bus. Not necessarily close to the city center (taxis are cheap anyway), yet not too far either: some 4 km away, easily walkable - the more if one splits it in two roughly equal segments, with a pit stop at one of the good restaurants on Jibek Jolu Avenue. The neighbourhood doesn't look too appealing, but it's quiet and peaceful, even late at night. Nicely decorated and clean room, good breakfast, very polite and helpful staff.

Truly valuable for the money. staffs are very polite especially the receptionist lady who checked in us on 7th afternoon was very friendly.. also the breakfast is very good with different varieties..but the food was cold..

Unfortunetly we didn't see any bell person in the hotel.. we had to carry our luggages by our own to the rooms after traveling nearly 5 hours..

The breakfast is so good with plenty of healthy choice: fruits; vegs and other hot protein base; the staff at the restaurant serving with care and always make sure the breakfast looking at its best presentation; cleaness is very good; the staff at reception are very friendly and helpful; good English speaking making any issue sorted out weekly.

Everything about this hotel is great except for the location. But it didn't bother me at all as Yandex taxi is everywhere. Breakfast was very good. They clean the room daily and make your bed. It's in a very quiet and hidden location. Highly recommended. I will definitely stay again if given the chance to go back to Bishkek.
