The hotel was easy to reach from airport EWR by public transport; we took AirTrain Newark, then NJTransit to Newark-Penn Station, then PATH to World Trade Center station. The location was pretty good because it was very close to the majority of metro lines, many shops, restaurants, cafes and supermarkets (such as Whole Foods) nearby and the area was very safe. On the ground floor there was always hot coffee and tea which was complementary. The room was nice and the beds were comfortable.

Wi-Fi was not working properly in the room, however, at the lobby it was fine.

Staff was friendly. property was clean. Close proximity to a lot of attractions and restaurants.

Check in was 3 PM and we didn’t actually get into our rooms to close to 6 PM. I don’t know if there was a shortage with staff, but that was the only unpleasant thing about my stay. We traveled so far I would’ve liked for my room to be ready by 3 PM.

All the area of the hotel are very well maintained and everything was very clean. Also there are water stations to re-charge your water bottles, and also bottles available if you need to take one. There is station downstairs with complementary coffee and tea. We got an upgrade and the room that we stayed in was very spacious and the bed was super comfortable

There was a bit of cigarettes smell . Also the check in process was a bit tedious and our original room was not ready until around 4:45pm, even tho check in it’s at 3pm. They also told us that they needed to charge an extra fee for booking our room through booking and not straight with them (even tho that was not mention anywhere). But since I explained to them the fact that it was not mentioned before our check in, they provided us with an upgrade (we still had to pay the extra fee tho) but at least the room was nicer and bigger.

Great and quiet location, close to many subway stations, clean & comfortable beds, friendly staff. And there is a coffee machine and free tea available all day in the lobby!

The bathroom sink did not drain properly. Cleaning is upon request and you have to ask for clean towels & toilet paper.

Staff were not knowledgeable about the area. Hotel charges a $200 plus "resort fee" however the 20th floor lounge/viewing deck was not open as it's being renovated. As that would have been a significant benefit to our group I argued the fee should not be charged. I was told if I didn't like it I should look for another place to stay. VERY dissapointing response.

Very quiet and great location next to the Wall Street with a breathtaking view at the WTC and 9/11 memorial. 24h access to both cofee/tea as well as bottled water on each floor. There are many restaurants around where you can have a good breakfast, lunch or dinner. Highly recommend this place!

Really minor things like despite being at the hotel on time we had to wait a while for our room to be ready or a little fuss with an extra pillow or blanket.

Our room was clean and comfortable. It was nice being so close to so many interesting sites, such as the WTC, the 911 Memorial, and Wall Street. They were prompt about replacing the shower head when notified of the problem. The staff was nothing but pleasant & helpful, and they were helpful in retrieving my husband's cap after we checked out & mailing it to us.

The system for requesting housekeeping service was confusing, so we had no housekeeping during our stay, other than the apparent confusion of sending someone within only hours of checking in, but then nothing more thru the remainder of our stay. Also, I'm a light sleeper, and the sound of others in the passageway was enough to waken me. Once we got home, I called and left a message requesting a folio of our stay and have yet to receive it.

Close to transport links, busy area so felt safe at night, lovely staff, cool view from 20th floor, comfortable beds, good range of tv channels for evenings in.

Less amenities than I would have hoped for, for a 4 star accommodation.

Great location right next to World Trade Center. Staff were friendly, helpful and serviced any and all requests.

It was a shame the 20th floor viewing observatory was closed and would have been nice to be told about this before arriving.

The hotel is close to the main attractions and NYC Subway.The location is in lower Manhattan but in a very quiet place so you do not hear trafffic at all. The staff is rather friendly and helpful.There is a free of charge coffee machine in the lobby with very delicious kinds: cappuccino, latte, americano, espresso.You can also make tea and take away a bottle of still or sparkling water. There is also a coffee maker nespresso with capsules in a room, free of charge.The hotel lobby is stunning with comfortable armchairs on which we liked to rest with a nice cup of coffee after sightseeing the city.You can go to the top floor where there is a luxury restaurant overlooking New York. Because the front door to the hotel opens rather hard pushing it we suggest bring your hand closer to the right side wall next to the door where there's a small light which makes the door opens automatically without touching it.

Our room nr 314 was with a view of building site not started yet.A few days before arriving at the hotel I sent na email asking for a room with a nice view on the upper floor. Our request was not fulfilled. We were given a room on the lower floor and what' s more next to the open vending machines area which made noise while operating .
