Rooms were clean and exceeded expectations. Bathroom was very clean and restocked daily. Breakfast was good, great variety. Everyday something else was served

Lifts… they could use some more lifts as the hotel only has 3, however, during my stay only 2 worked. This caused peak hours such as breakfast to cause you to wait in very long lines.

We returned here for our NY trip this year after spending a few days in the same hotel last year. We really like the position, cleanliness, attention to detail, staff, amenities.

I feel that this year the breakfast (which was great last year and one of the reasons why we chose the same hotel this time) was not on par. There were somewhat less choices, food tasted bland and coffee was bad, which I definitely noticed since last year when the coffee was pretty tasty. This was quite a disappointment but the rest of the services were spot on.

They would keep our luggage overnight when we took a trip to Niagara Falls. We had to book the night just for our bags

Element Hotel located in center and close to main attraction, near shops and sub way. Every room has a fridge which makes it great for those who travels with kids! Breakfast is ok, all you need to start your morning in NYC. They even have a happy hour during the week around 4 or 5 pm, so nice to have a coffee and a few snacks. Many complain about elevators and crowd waiting, well, yeah you might wait sometimes a few minutes but i guess that's ok. Room service is fine, clean and tidy, plenty of shops and places to eat near by, and guys you must try famous 1 dollar pizza (slice) which is great! Receptionist was nice and helpful, overall it is a great place to stay and value for your money!

The room was spacious, with fully equipped kitchenette (microwave, fridge, freezer, cutlery, plates, washing up liquid, dishwasher, induction hob, desk, TV. Bathroom very nice. All clean, tidy, staff very friendly. The location was excellent, almost at Times Square, close to subway stations, but a bit further away from hustle-bustle of city centre. The view was the best bonus - The Empire State Building on a left and The Edge on a right side, I could watch this all night long.

1 lift was out of order, the waiting time was sometimes coming up to 10 minutes with long queues in front of the lifts.

The staff , especially Geo, Aliyah, Shawn, Tarik and Julie (on her first day). They were all so great and couldn't be more helpful. Above and beyond. Thank you all. Also, the beds, they are so comfortable! Great location for us

Well , the lift wasn't working as mentioned but if you're not in a rush then it's fine. Its not that long a wait and if on the lower floors just use the stairs. We stayed 5 days and it really wasn't that bad. Just a personal thing, the breakfast was good and changed every day which was nice but I really didn't like the paper plates and cups and the palstic cutlery, all wrapped in plastic. Not for me. Over all well be back. Thanks guys!

I really liked the hotel—it was incredibly nice and comfortable. The staff at the restaurant were absolute gems—very kind and well-behaved. One person in particular, John, stood out. He was exceptionally friendly and made my experience even better.

I didn’t really like the front desk staff—they were not welcoming. They need to smile and engage more with guests, as they seemed uninterested and forced to work. The service definitely needs improvement. We really liked the hotel overall, except for the elevator issue. One of the elevators was out of order, which made going up and down take far too long. This was a major downside of the building.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was friendly and after 6 pm they gave a cocktail and snack. They let us leave the luggage. Good location if you want to be near Times Square.
