Very nice room, comfortable bed and beautiful balcony. We were looking for a hotel close to Uniklinik, and it was the best option, just a 5 min walk. Super nice and helpful staff!

Outside there is a lot of threes due to this there was not enough light inside, but from the other hand is makes the balcony really cozy and it was very nice to spend there time

I was particularly impressed with the reception staffs flexibility. We were concerned about train delays and they put us at ease explaining the night staff could check us in if necessary. The hotel is literally outside a tramline with a short connection to the city centre. There were also local bars and restaurants a short walk away. It was so convenient and very comfortable. The man to the reception was very friendly and very polite. The room was very clean and the mattress was amazing. I realy liked it.

Well the price for one night was expensive for 2 persons but as I saw in Köln is expensive city.

There was poor airflow in my room, the air purifier didn't work, and there was no fan or A/C for hot days. Staff are only available between 15:00 and 20:00.

It was a big room with a very big balcony, we loved that. We had enough space, the bathroom was big as well. The location was good as well, we were everywhere we needed to be within 20 minutes max. The staff was very nice, at first he thought we booked for only three people even though we were four but he said to not worry hes going to handle it, but it was only some error and everything worked out. Check in and check out were very easy.

It was on the fourth floor and no AC (or elevator), only two windows that we were able to open up and it was still very very hot in there. The sockets didnt work, one of them was probably an electricity hazard since it was very loose and the mattress had weird stains.
