Most of the staff were outstandingly polite and professional. The spa is lovely and the mountain views are awesome. I really liked the pools. The restaurant is of high quality. Kettle in the room is a plus.

Both minor: could switch the sauna on before it opens because it takes 90 min to get to full temperature. Maybe a water dispenser in the sauna area? Lastly, though it might not get used much, a rack of dumbells and a bench in the fitness room?

The pool and spa was really fantastic. The sauna and hamam were exceptionally clean. The breakfast was great too. Especially before a hike.

I thought the dinner wasn't really worth the money. I regret staying in the hotel to eat in the evening. I wouldn't advise this to other guests.

Room of a good size, clean, very comfy beds, tasty breakfast, location outside of the city center but still convenient

There is not much to dislike but I think it will be nice to put a small bottle of water in the rooms as a welcome gift and pay attention to details, like a bit more hospitality, map of the location, water distributors close to spa and sauna facilities, few more sunbeds as all were occupied etc. In our room most of toiletries were used by previous guests, so it will be also nice to refill them etc. These are all minor things but they can make a difference

The whole experience was outstanding, Leukerbad is a piece from heaven, the friendly people, the food, also the bus dropped us in-front of the hotel which made things easier.. all made this trip a non forgettable experience, we will definitely recommend it and will come back again in the future. The heating at night & the water we’re not warm (only at night)

Excellent outdoor and indoor pools and jacuzzis, which our kids thoroughly enjoyed. Spacious rooms with beds larger than king-size. The sofa bed comfortably accommodated two children, which was very convenient. Walkable distance to the public thermal bath too.

The breakfast selection was standard and could benefit from a wider variety of hot dishes.

Swimming pool was clean and nice, we used it the day we arrive and after we checked out still we had access to swimming pool, staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast also was great you could find anything you wish

Our room was very comfortable and tidy. We enjoyed the spa, the gym, and the excellent breakfast. Whenever we needed anything, the staff was very helpful.

The outdoors pool was closed for the first two days, and it took a while to warm up afterwards. We asked for a reimbursement in order to go to the public pools in the village, but didn't receive anything. Otherwise, the hotel is a complicated structure of several buildings connected with many elevators, stairs, and hallways. It can take quite a while to get from A to B. We didn't quite like how hard the staff pushed us to attend dinner every night. Actually, we disliked it so much that we never went to dinner at the hotel's restaurant at all. We ate elsewhere instead.

The view from the room was great. There was a kettle in the room. Easy to get to the pool (just go down to -1 in the lift). Friendly, helpful staff. The room and hotel were very clean. Inside and outside pools were excellent. In general we had a fine time. Breakfast was good but only continental.

Pillows were flat and uncomfortable. No extra pillows in the wardrobe. No mirror in the room apart from the bathroom mirror. TV worked but there were no TV channels. These were small things but for a 4-star hotel, a little surprising. The pools were in general very good but, one of the three water jets in the outside pool, wasn't working. Sometimes the jets that were working, didn't, even after pressing the button or waiting. Breakfast was good but no English breakfast or close to that, just continental.

I just want to say that this hotel is amazing in terms of location, its service, the nature around it is to amaze. delicious breakfasts and even champagne for breakfast

We keep coming back to the Bristol Leukerbad for the private spa area. The outdoor pool has a tremendous view of the surrounding cliffs. Inside, the warm pool is big enough for a swim. As for the sauna and steam-room area. Just right. The only thing we don't use is the outdoor ice pool. Brrrr. Breakfast is very nice with freshly squeezed orange juice on tap and iced Prosecco. Only degenerates and aristocrats drink in the morning. A nice touch is you can boil your own eggs, if you like. My wife like the smoked salmon. I prefer the selection of Valaisan dried meats. The staff at the restaurant is very, even playful once you've been there a few times.

It would be nice to be able to book a parking spot in advance.
