It was very clean, pleasant aesthetics.

The evening front desk staff member was really pleasant and helpful. The morning front desk staff member was not at the desk long. Trying to check out and she was no where to be seen. Also wouldn’t hurt for her to smile a bit at people.

Clean and the bed was comfortable

It needs updated. In the room, there was no plugs by the beds to charge our phones and the bathroom was very awkward because the soap was up so high that it was very awkward to reach it.

We used a free stay certificate from a previous accommadation that was awful. I used this certificate for one of my girls birthday to be able to swim. We had a great time. Everything was exactly as it should be, from the front desk@ checkin to breakfast, We couldnt have asked for better accommadations. We loved the long hours for pool availability.

There was nothing we didnt like.

That it was clean, the staff were friendly, the breakfast was amazing, the bed was comfortable, the pillows perfect, and the linens so cozy. Nice bathroom with warm shower!!!

It was expensive for a 1 night stay

the breakfast was good. the room was clean the place was as advertised sometimes they're not this place was it was very clean and I will stay there again

The beds were super comfortable! I loved that there was a shower instead of a bathtub, and it was right by everything that we were going to see, and it was super close to places to eat.

The eggs at the breakfast didn't taste good and the sausage was super dry but everything else was good!

The general manager is so kind! This hotel is always clean and they have a really nice free breakfast. Location is great for Big Red weekend at Denison University.

Everything except the bed just isn’t as comfortable as home .. Rooms are clean and spacious and clean, nicely put together. Staff very accommodating

Hot breakfast was a plus always great to have eggs! Particularly loved that there were a lot of clean towels!
