Good location, walkable surroundings, private parking, cleanliness, very well used space for a very small room and good equipment.

Very small room, two people have to avoid each other. Disinterested receptionist who was mostly busy with herself. Night noise due to late arrival of some guests - last motorcyclist came at 00:30. There are ashtrays on the outdoor tables, constantly full of cigarette butts, which make the whole area stink.

Convenient and quiet location. Clean functional room. Excellent breakfast. Good value for money.

Lack of clear instructions for check-in proces when outside reception hours. Payment authorisation was very public and we felt vulnerable. Number of codes were given but confusing. Unclear which was needed for main door or bedroom door. Staff were friendly. Thank you.

The location is perfect, 5 minutes away from Lidl, across the street from the beach, 10 minutes away from the bus and train station, so travelling to other places like Cannes or Monte Carlo is convenient. Right next to the B&B there's a McDonalds.

Perfect one night stay! Good breakfast and so friendly! Sunday travel means lots of stores are closed so I’m grateful this basic and convenient place is open! Self check in worked and is located behind McDonald’s with lots of parking.

It was challenging to check in via kiosk at the entrance. I was able to make it from the second attempt. Place looks a bit dated. Very small room even to open and unpack luggage

The parking is good and free, McDonalds in a neighbor building, not problem to stay with a dog and a cat, breakfast was good, had nice vending machines at the reception.

The room was a little bit tight for 4 people, window can't be opened partially

We stayed here in August. We came late so no reception, but they sent you the same code for parking, hotel entrance, and our room. Very comfortable, no waiting time during check-in. Yes, the room is tiny, with not enough space to open luggage, but for our budget it was okay. Even breakfast was better than in other hotels in that area.

Close to the beach 10 minute walk, stores are close. When you get the hang of "almost none" personel its quite nice. Outside are plenty of benches and tables to sit and hang out.

A little learning curve to check-in, but then its great all in all.
