The breakfast selection was fantastic! It was wonderful to have a hearty, hot breakfast ready for me. The people who cook and run the breakfast were very friendly and helpful. Dallas was great!!

I could not access wifi with my laptop. Since I do not have a cell phone, that made wifi unaccessible to me. That was not good, because I needed Internet access during my stay.

The location of the breakfast was ok, but did think the quality was very low on bread products and extremely low-quality meat products. Dry and hard meats, one can tell its not good quality McDonalds is better quality. The coffee was decent but only skim milk? no options for anything other than skim milk or coffee mate.

Better meat products, choice of milk product added for coffee, and longer breakfast hours than 9:30, increase this to 10:30 would be better. This is a good hotel with friendly people and staff. it is a great place to stay.

Clean facilities. Friendly staff. Warm breakfast with good selection of items. Good shower. Pool and hot tub a bonus (although we did not use it). Late check-in a bonus. Easy free parking. Conveniently located for quick in/out near highway.

Air conditioner was extremely noisy and interrupted our sleep. Internet was free but a little slow.

Large comfortable room, good gym. Pleasant experience with staff at both the check in desk and at breakfast. Location is great, right on the highway, great to break up a road trip. Overall a good experience.

Hotel was easy to find. Staff were friendly and helpful, room was quite spacious and clean (except for the carpet, which was stained and required steaming). The bed was comfortable and the included breakfast was very good. Places close by for dinner. Would happily stay again.

Clean facilities, hot breakfast and 24/7 coffee/tea were awesome. Pool and hot tub are clean. Cleaning and check-in staff are friendly. Casino, Triple O's and gas station next door.

Very clean. Quiet, comfortable rooms. Excellent check in and out. Very knowledgeable and courteous staff.

Not enough attention to keeping up with breakfast demands. Very minor complaint.

Although the hotel was a little more run down than expected - the staff more than made up for it! We had been evacuated from Kelowna and everyone was so amazing and understanding about the situation. kudos to the amazing staff!!!!

My son loved the pool and the room. My husband and son loved the breakfast. I love the Pizza Now Restaurant that delivered delicious food to us so we didn’t have to go out again after a long drive!
