This hotel is located in the centre of the city of Kufstein. It has their own parking garage, but you need to pay for it at the reception before you leave at the end of your stay.. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The wellness room with steam bath and sauna are really nice in the colder days. I booked the room with a balcony. It was spacious.

Unfortunately it has no refrigerator and airconditioner. And we brought foods and milk because we traveled with car.

The room was super clean, staff were friendly and breakfast was delicious. Location was great, too. The booking also included a free ticket to the fortress.

The hotel could do with 3-pin power supply sockets.

The Staff is very polite and welcoming. Enough car parking space. Location is good, everything is nearby.

Breakfast is very dull, same menu for 3 days. Very less food options, not worth paying for.

Located in a modern shopping mall, within walking distance of the train station and in the town centre. An interesting building: breakfast ( which was very good) served in a double height atrium with splendid fresco of local scene. Staff at breakfast very attentive: tables cleared promptly, coffee etc served on request.

There is guest seating in a lounge area near bedrooms, but the area was very warm and needed better ventilation.

This is a wonderful hotel in the center of Kufstein, very friendly and helpful staff, both ladies at the reception where really friendly, well informed and always had a smile. The same at breakfast service, the staff was exceptional. A hidden gem in my view, real value for money and a very comfortable hotel.

First of all the lady she was at the reception was wonderful smile and welcoming me so lovely - made my day very happy - so quite Hotel - clean very comfortable I had a very lovely sleep even though I ask for double bed room because of my size ,

nothing to be honest.

Hotel location, Matters and pillows were perfect.

Coffee machine,there should be different options,or a kettle to have tea with milk etc

Great location, close to the Fortress and old city and a 10-minute walk to the train station. Room was small but very nice and very clean. Mineral water and an espresso machine were nice perks. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also very good, lots to choose from.

There was no air conditioning; the nighttime temperature was cool, but it could be a problem with extreme heat during the day. The hallways were very warm.

Buffet food was well presented and of a high quality, eggs are cooked to your liking. Room was well appointed and very comfortable, the hotel is located close to the central mall and train station.
