We booked here after deciding to leave another hotel, and are we ever glad we did! Everything at this place was a real treat - as many others have said, really cool vibe that resembles a tree house, the staff are so lovely and helpful, and the breakfast is filing and offers fresh fruit! There are a few young kitties around who are curious and may want to play with you if you let them! We aren't big partiers so were thrilled to learn that it is very quiet and relaxing in the evenings!

The water in the shower isn't that hot, but after a hot day in the sun, I wasn't about to complain!

Loun and his family were amazing. The common area is very charming. Breakfast was very good. Location was near everything but very quiet.

Unfortunately, the bed was about the worst I've slept on. You could feel the springs. I know it's a big expense for a small business, but if they replaced the mattresses, this place would be a 9/10. Somehow, I slept well, though! I wouldn't choose to not stay there based solely on the mattress because the place, overall, is very charming. But I feel this has to be pointed out.

The owner Sid was very friendly and interesting person! The property has a beautiful garden and outdoor sitting area. Sid also has a small outdoor gym that we could use! The breakfast was quite good (choice of eggs, omelette, salty porridge plus fruit bowl), and there was free coffee and many nice teas to choose from. Last but not least, some very cute small cats and a dog. Location is also quite good, next to several bars and restaurants (bring earplugs as sometimes neighboring bars or houses will bang music until 24:00).

The rooms were quite basic and a bit old, but to be fair you are not in Vang Vieng to stay in your room. Mosquitos can fly through some gaps in the bathroom nets.

I totally loved the place, the shady, green patio the comforatble rooms themselves, the tranquility, despite being quite near the centre of Vang Vieng, and above all the super friendly staff and cleaning ladies, staff speak excellent English, i had such nice conversations with them! Great breakfast also, i will definitely be back here next visit Vang Vieng!

It is a fantastic location for doing some adventures and calming down, relaxing in the village. Beautiful garden for sitting and talking to other travellers . No party inside. Lovely and very cute cats which are in the garden.

Friendly staff Very good location tucked away from the business of the centre but still very accessible. Didn’t feel like we were right in the middle of the chaos of VV. complimentary tea and coffee. Laundry service.

Not a separate shower from the toilet

Beautiful place, clean and quiet. There is one girl and one lady who keep the villa running smoothly. Filling breakfast with additional fruit every day. Nice little garden, there are hammocks and funny little kittens playing around.

The wifi goes down quite often.

The staff was so nice, kind, and amazing. They always gave hands for any help request. The location is good. Walkable to the centre but not busy at all. I enjoyed a nice peaceful stay. Felt like home. Everything there will comfort you from a bumpy road trip. Lovely cats. I totally miss Momo now! Sooner or later, I will be back for sure!

Very nice garden to gang out with hammocks and chairs. The cats and dogs. Nice breakfast although they don't serve the soup anymore. Big bathroom, the shower isn't above the toilet for once. The beds were comfortable. Friendly staff. Great location but just far enogh away from the party bars to be quiet at night.

The roosters waking me up at all hours.

Very atmospheric place with a nice garden with hammocks in front of every room. You feel directly at home. Near the reception are couches where you can relax and drink a coffee. In the garden you can have your breakfast. The place is at the end of Vang Vieng. The coördinates on booking are not correct. Walk a little bit further up the road and you will see it on your right hand.

We hoped that we could take the train to LPB but also the hotel didn't succeeded to get tickets. Happily the hotel booked a minivan instead. The road to LPB is very bad. On certain parts you could not even speak about a road. But we managed.
