AC, cosy room, private toilet, everything was sooo close- main square, beach, shops and restaurants.

Room was extremely small, We coudn't place our suitcase on the floor. There wasn't any place to keep your belongings, just one tiny shelf. Our room didn't have a window, so all time with artificial light and without any chance to draft and fresh air. Swimming pool was really small, perfect for 3 people ;) Our room was directly at a passage so everyone must pass near our door- hearing some sounds and feeling without privacy.

Good position. The facility is located very close to the city centre, from which every places are quite easily reachable. Apartment is cozy it is called 'cabana', for the typical caribbean style of the structure. Spaces inside are generally quite reduced, so suitable for a person (for 2 people looks quite small in my opinion). Kitchen area is private, and that is a very good feature. On one hand this makes the whole room well organized actually, but on the other hand the overall space to walk and move is quite reduced. Cabana style structure is very cozy, and this makes you feel like properly living in the caribbean native house.

Spaces inside the cabana are very reduced, even though all the furniture are well organized inside. Bathroom has the same problem, especially to sit on the toilet for tall people with long legs. Apart from that, shower is good, and sink with mirror ok too.

Small cabana but plenty big enough - sand gets everywhere, but that's the island so can't complain. In town on busy street, so noise at night but not a problem for us. Comfortable bed and AC made it a really great place to stay. Tiny town so never a problem to get to the beach, restaurants or bars. Lovely little pool to wash the salt water off later and chill out around.

The room was clean. Even though it was close to the center it was not noisy. The pool is not very big but it's enough if you want to take a dip. Everything working properly ( mini fridge, A/C, lights, shower, etc. ) The person in charge is very attentive and funny 😊

They are remodeling something so there were big hammering sounds at 9am... if you sleep late the night before that could be annoying for anybody 😅

- The apartment was good, there was possible to make food! - Nice mexican style! :) - Nice tiny garden.

- Nice alcohol shop was next to our apartment but there was too noisy on the firts night. Might to sleep with earplugs. - The street roads in Holbox were awful. Some streets were like river. - Too many people in Holbox and high prices.

Great central location, clean, has A/C. It fulfilled all my expectations. I had earplugs, so I got a good rest, great mattress. Good water pressure.

Noisy - as said in other reviews, the place is not insulated from noise - you will hear other peoples conversations in the pool, TV etc., other guests were also laud after 23PM. I had earplugs, so I got a good rest, great mattress.

The property is situated in a great location. Plenty of restaurants, bars and shops very close by. Short walk to the beach and to other facilities such as bike rentals. Room was clean and tidy, facilities worked well and staff were very friendly and helpful.

Awesome value for money, really comfy bed, cold aircon, great location. Just didn’t like hearing noisey neighbours on the second night, could hear loud sports and people having long loud sex. Other than that it was a great place

Suites are extraordinary value. The best location in Holbox, pool, wifi, aircon. Staff was very friendly, didnt speak english but google translate helped out. Only deducting 2 points: one because first night I was put in a bungalow despite having booked a suite, one because the bathroom was not cleaned peoperly. But everything should be regarded relative to the price, which was roughly half of the other private rooms prices nearby, hence I was extremely satisfied with what I have got for it.
