The hotel is at a great location close to the sightseeing, the river and Triana. The room we had was fantastic 204, with great noise and heat insulation. The breakfast was great with a big variety and nice environment. The decoration in the hotel everywhere is modern with fancy art pieces. The best thing of his hotel that differentiates it from all others is the Service!! Absolutely 5-star service that made feel like home. Gentle and helpful team that went on an extra mile to satisfy us. The manager Marina, the Front office team - Victor, Carlos, Raphael, Paulina, Nicholas, the housekeeping ladies Yolanda that kept everything super clean, the F&B team in the breakfast area, all absolutely perfect!!! The service exceeded our expectations (and I am active in the hospitality industry) and continued even after our departure, as the team helped us to pick-up a package we forgot in a store and shipped it to us even when we were already gone from the hotel!!

The bed was very comfortable and the staff were great. The location is fantastic and the rooftop bar is beautiful (if very loud). Breakfast was really good.

The rooftop bar is very noisy. We stayed on the third floor (the bar is on the fourth) on a Friday and Saturday night and the music and chair scraping was LOUD until about 03:30. It would have been impossible to sleep without earplugs (which are not supplied). The bathroom has nowhere to stand things and the sink seems to have been designed by someone who has never used a sink before as it’s impossible not to soak the entire bathroom.

My wife and I were absolutely delighted with our stay at The Lobby Hotel in Seville. From the moment we arrived, the experience was exceptional. The reception team gave us a complimentary upgrade to a Junior Suite, which was a wonderful surprise and made our stay even more special. The location is perfect — just a short walk to the Alcázar and the charming old town of Seville. There are also plenty of great restaurants along the river, just across the street from the hotel, which made dining out both convenient and scenic. One of the most generous touches was that the hotel management provided us with free parking, which we truly appreciated. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and all the towels and bathrobes smelled fresh and felt brand new — nothing outdated at all. One of the most important features for us, and something I must highlight, is that the bathroom was equipped with a bidet (شطاف) — a detail that’s often overlooked but made a huge difference in our comfort. The concierge team was outstanding, communicating with us easily and efficiently through WhatsApp. I want to give a special shoutout to Elyas, who was incredibly helpful and friendly — he truly made our stay smoother and more enjoyable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast, which offered a good variety and was a great way to start the day. A huge thank you to the entire Lobby Hotel team — from management, housekeeping, and the breakfast staff to the amazing concierge team and especially Elyas. You all made our stay remarkable and memorable. We can’t wait to return!

The location was excellent, by the river and within walking distance of most of the sights. The breakfast was excellent, with a great choice .All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and the bed really comfortable.The room was clean and as we were celebrating our birthdays we got a card, cake and fizz, which was a lovely touch.

The room was a bit too dark, as was the hotel itself but I understand that is the style. We were in room 210a and at times you could hear music from somewhere in the hotel, but not loud enough to be of a concern.i am being hyper critical as requested,but would definitely stay here again.

I cannot praise this hotel enough! It was a perfect stay! The junior suite is lovely, location is excellent, the staff absolutely fabulous! The helpfulness and politeness of all the staff is outstanding - at reception, at breakfast, at the rooftop bar and those responsible for the upkeep of our room. They do their utmost to please and ask for feedback all the time. We loved the crisp white bedlinen, the very large soft white bath towels, the room decor which is vibrant and very stylish, kitchenette and other amenities. We greatly appreciated touches such as water every day, a welcome bottle of champagne, sweet confections presented in a glass dome...and very important for me the evening tidying of the room - it's so nice to return after dinner to find a clean and tidy room! The persons in charge of the room kept it in pristine condition. Breakfast is excellent too. They even packed a picnic for us when we had to leave early for a day trip. The rooftop bar is a must - great vibe with reasonably priced drinks. All the hotel staff made us feel truly pampered, including the Manager who personally came to bid us farewell when checking out. We will definitely be back to this hotel in beautiful Sevilla. It made our holiday special.

Everything was perfect. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated, and from the moment you walk in the door, you know you're in for a treat. Our room was spacious, very well appointed, quiet, and extremely comfortable. The artworks dotted around the room added a contemporary touch, and the rainforest shower was fantastic. The breakfast room is absolutely stunning with luxe decor and views across the river to Triana. Breakfast options were great, it has a nice little buffet with fruits, cheeses, pastries etc.There is also a menu of cooked dishes or you can make a special request. The restaurant staff were friendly and attentive and always smiling. The rooftop bar is a brilliant addition with gorgeous views of Seville. The pool was closed for our visit, but it looked lovely nonetheless. The location of the hotel is also great. We were able to walk everywhere (restaurants, shopping, attractions) within a few minutes, but there are plenty of taxis around if you prefer. The overall experience was one of the best we've ever had. There were some lovely little touches from a complimentary bottle of cava in the room on arrival and a cute little cake with a thank you/farewell note on the night before we left. Our return flight was at stupid o'clock in the morning, and the front desk staff arranged a taxi to the airport for us. They also organised some takeaway coffees and would have given us a packed breakfast if we wanted (we didn't, but the offer was appreciated). Highly recommended!

Our room was beautiful with a fabulous free standing bath. Breakfast was delicious and varied and the breakfast room itself is stunning. Staff were so friendly and the location is good. The rooftop bar is such an asset, we really enjoyed several nights there. The decor in general is really beautiful.

The pool area doesn't work. It needs to either be removed or seriously upgraded. Water literally pours out over the sides if anyone gets in the pool so everything on the ground around it gets saturated. The sunloungers...there's 5 in total are shabby. The pool area in general is cramped and just doesn't work.

Central location, close to Seville centre. Great rooftop bar with panoramic views and trendy atmosphere. Good breakfast. Hotel room was urban trendy with great facilities, jucuzi and terrace. Staff service was excellent. Lots of great restaurants and tapas bars nearby.

Our only niggle was our bedroom(304) had a slightly musty smell. It has been raining a lot and maybe the cause?. I would however recommend a thorough clean of shower/toilet area and terrace with bleaching agent and mould suppressant. It might be also wise to have a pleasant deodoriser smell added to room and thorough daily airing to reduce risk of any mould buildup.
