Good value for downtown NYC. Smallish but very comfortable rooms. Location is excellent for seeing things in lower Manhattan. Public transit (line 1) is literally just outside the door.

A la carte breakfast available but expensive. Better options in the area. Not the hotel's fault but next door is a club and the music was quite loud until very late. Rooms on upper floors probably would have less noise.

If you’re looking for a hotel in Lower Manhattan, Courtyard by Marriott New York World Trade Center is an excellent choice for its unbeatable location. Situated close to the World Trade Center, Staten Island Ferry, and several subway lines, it offers convenient access to the best of New York City. The front office staff deserves a special mention for their cheerful demeanor. While they couldn’t accommodate our request for an early check-in, they helpfully stored our luggage, allowing us to explore the vibrant surrounding neighborhood.

However, the stay had its drawbacks. The room we stayed in was surprisingly small for the price we paid, leaving barely any space for our suitcases. Additionally, the elevators were often busy, and we had to wait longer than expected to get an empty one.

This hotel is centrally located close to the 911 Memorial, Wall Street, Battery Park, and the subway entrance is literally just a few steps away so you can get up to Times Square, Broadway and Central Park easily. Any room I've stayed in in NY is generally small, and while this one was small as well, it wasn't claustrophobic, and it was clean. We also had fresh towels daily. I'll definitely stay here again!

I honestly can't think of one thing I didn't like.

The location is fantastic. close to the WTC. We had a great stay. the rooms are small, but it's new york. The quality price was satisfactory. I recommend this hotel.

The walls were super thin and you could hear the neighbors. We stayed for three nights. Slept very well for two and couldn't in one of them because of the neighbors noise. I've sent a message late at night to the hotel, but they didn't do anything about it. The noise continued all night.

The room was clean, no smell, good shower and bed. Location was good and the subway was close. Very close to the Charging Bull.

At check-in, the attendant informed that it was necessary to make payment in advance to be careful in case something in the apartment was damaged, but if everything was fine they would refund the money directly to the credit card. The fact is that they did not return the money and also did not respond to the message I sent asking for a refund. I'm still waiting. I would like someone responsible for Marriot to read my request and refund the money. I'm sure it was a mistake and unintentional.

Great location, nice atmosphere and appearance, friendly staff, room was decent size, and bathrooms/shower was really nice as well. Clean and maintained well. Lots of counter space and shelves for all your stuff. Love the full size bottles in the shower, of shampoo/conditioner/body wash (nice scent!). Bed was very comfortable. Not a lot of noise heard from outside, more from neighboring inconsiderate guests. Nice selection of snacks, beverages, and cute little mini haagen daaz ice cream, in the lobby area. Breakfast available at an additional charge, we didn't end up trying as it was over by the time we woke up lol

Pillows were not very good, not firm at all. Too much noise from surrounding guests/rooms. Elevator took too long. We had requested a lower floor, but was told our room was booked upon arrival, even though booking and time of arrival was confirmed.

The location, service, cleanliness

No microwave, and the shower curtain was weird it did not cover the full length for the shower so most times the water would seep out and fall on the floor. A good full length shower curtain please!

The location was ideal and easily accessible by transit. So many sites to see including a walk to WTC Memorial and oculus, Wall Street, South Street Seaport. If it were summer, I would consider taking the ferry to Ellis Island to see the Statue of Liberty.

Breakfast was not included but there are other places to eat in the area.

Knowing that Manhattan is grossly overpriced in general, this was one of the hotels on the lower end of the price range. It’s fairly basic but has everything you need, and mostly, the location is just marvelous. It’s within walking distance of so many hotspots. Would definitely recommend!

The hotel was easy to get to, the bed was super comfortable and the staff were friendly and accommodating. We were able to leave our bags while we went out before the check in time and we were also able to check in early, which was great. The location was also great, with subway stations close by.
