My partner is fluent Spanish, I am not and I think I would have struggled to sort anything Air con in the room was minimal Beds were a little hard Basic toiletries in sachets (no conditioner or lotion) No WiFi Most things I consider basic came with a charge (sun beds/umbrellas by the pool/beach, etc., access to some bars, etc.) A little far from good nightlife (the hotel offered some good Spanish activities but didn’t work for me)

Location, facilities, actives, and staff were all great. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was very accommodating responding to our needs. Most European hotels have a central air conditioning system and one has to be content with the set temperature. This hotel has individual AC units and one can decide on the temperature. Everything was clean.

Rooms are dated but spacious and comfortable. I guess one is paying for the excellent location. Meal plans are average. Meals include a wide variety to choose from, but I like my meal hot/warm. The bacon was like leather and at room temperature.

Location is perfect the facilities pool/sunbeds/ spa are all really good. Food is typical hotel style. You will never go hungry could be a little hotter. Wine with meal a bonus. Downstairs bar is really nice!

Entertainment lacking - Saturday night nothing on although hotel was full???

We liked the close proximity to the beach -- it is not a long walk and the facilities are comfortable. The view from our balcony was enjoyable. And we could walk to the Día to pick up snacks easily. Parking was easy as well.

The bed and bedding was a little dated.

Great location on the beach. Easy to arrive and park the car.

Breakfast is ok but not that good. The indoor pool close really early and the staff there could be better. Our experience was not really good there.

I don't understand the people who wrote bad reviews on this hotel. We enjoyed it a lot. We visited the hotel in April, all facilities were available and food was good. I had a very relaxing mud therapy.
