It is one of the multiple resorts in the big Palladium resort complex. The best part is that you can visit any amenities of any of the resorts. Their go-cart transportation (within the complex) was excellent!

The travel club pitch! We were misdirected about Palladium travel club introduction. Right after the checkin, a guy approached us saying that we have to make a special breakfast reservation the next morning. They next morning we found out that the breakfast was just regular and they assigned a guy with eat with us (which kinda ruined our first breakfast). He constantly was pushing to make us buy their travel club membership. He wasted kinda 3 hours of our vacation time. Once we declined his offer, instantly he became rude to us. This was not expected to us! A very bad start of a vacation day!

The facility expanse and beyond our expectation, lush and green and huge compound! There was so much greenery and v. pleasing to the eyes -manicured v.well kept. Helios for breakfast had amazing sea views and live music everyday. It was like paradise. The sea colors were beyond words! Loved the staff, very courteous and helpful, the beach was great and seaweed kept being cleaned out. Dinner restaurants were very elegant and food was great except for the Indian restaurant, it was average. Our Butler Estarlyn was great and LisaMarie, Angela and Ignacio were awesome. Food variety and choices were mind boggling. We could only eat seafood or veg due to religious reasons and non alcoholic drinks. The staff always made us fancy non alcoholic drinks :) There was a great variety. Desserts were one of kind and amazing! Entertainment was good. Always something happening on the grounds. There was always a trolley available to take us to places and restaurants. Absolutely loved TRS Turquesa.

The grounds are kept in immaculate condition, everywhere you go everyone is very nice, you basically are staying on 4 different resorts when you stay here so there is a lot to do, the food is great in most restaurants, the butler staff is 12/10 amazing and really tried to make you feel like you didn’t have to do anything at all, every bar tender and server was very friendly and seemed to enjoy being there to take care of you, they overbooked our original room type and gave us a huge estate room at no extra cost because of it which we very much appreciated!

Some of the property was aging slightly (pool appears to need to be retiled, bathrooms in rooms slightly dated) not a huge issue but worth mentioning, we had a cockroach crawl into our room under the door one night but besides that isolated incident we didn’t have any cleanliness issues, upon check in we were told by one of the concierges that he would take us on a tour of the grounds the next day since it was our first time in the Dominican Republic but in actuality he just dropped us off at a time share presentation and told us we weren’t eligible for any recompense for attending the 2 hour long presentation, definitely avoid the baby blue shirted people in the lobby upon check in.

Swim up suites are amazing!

The European guests were not friendly with darker skin guests. I saw several instances of racially charged interactions. Beware. Hotel staff and management were excellent though.

Love the restaurants and the spa and poolside. Beaches very good.

No elevators. I didnt care for pressure to become a time share member. The rooms are nice but need more space for your clothes ( no drawers) Had to keep my clothes in my luggage. I like to unpack when I am staying at a resort for days.

Beautiful beach location, amazing staff, and Butler. Kusco was the best restaurant! Our server Ingris was the best!

Bed was a little hard.

I appreciate the room a lot and the room service team - so helpful and nice people. My room cleaned regularly and precisely :) The staff and the whole service was so kind, always present and ready to support. Thank you to the man from the hotel reception for helping me with his Spanish when I was trying to communicate with the taxi driver :)The choice of food was wide enough I did not manage to try it all. The wifi was really good too, I used it a lot.

Everything was excellent but one little thing - I would appreciate the sunbeds on the beach were cleaned after rain and the puddles of dirty water were removed so as there was more choice where to sit.

Everything about the resort was wonderful. The staff was so accommodating and the grounds were beautiful

My ONLY complaint is the bathroom stall in the rooms. There is not much privacy of others are in the room.

Time share people confronting you as soon as you check in

It is an exquisite accommodation, offering high-class services and ambiance for the guests. The breakfast is very divers, while for lunch and dinner you have many restaurants you can choose from, even fine-dining ones. The staff is very friendly and always at your service (even a bit too much for my taste) with many butlers, cleaning staff, concierge and others at your service all the time. Being an adults only place, the atmosphere is very nice. Also, I appreciated the fact that they apply treatments against mosquitoes.
