There was a kitchen where you could cook food, use microwave, fridge, boil water in electric kettle, etc. My room was a good size, but then it was a family room. Also, the property was close to some bike paths near a river. You could rent a bike there

Couldn't get warm water in shower until final morning, but cold shower was rejuvenating. Had to share toilet and shower with other guests.

Everything was great, staff - awesome, room clean, common space - clean, instructions clear.

The neighbourhood, there wasn't much of interest, but a different experience of Japan... For visiting Imperial Villa or catching breath before/after Kyoto - great stay, not sure what else to see around for Internationals

It’s a perfect little hostel-like hotel in Kyoto. I only spent time there to sleep and was out exploring the rest. The staff were very friendly.

It was very cold and I couldn’t figure out how to heat the room. But the blankets were so cozy that I was still warm all night. I didn’t bother asking for help because I wasn’t there much.

The location is pretty much OK, 10 minutes walk to bentencho station was not bad,.. but were traveling with erdely on wheelchair so.

the area - really close to a lot of the nature side of things i was looking to experience while in kyoto

its just a little outside of the city but that was cool to experience

I can visit so easy this hotel ,because near Kamikatsura Station and can laundry my clothes. All room are very clean.

The house had everything you need, a rooftop in the morning to enjoy the sun. The location is well located, close to bamboo forest.

The smell of the kitchen is really bad.
