Unfortunately I never had an opportunity to experience the breakfast as we had to leave in the morning.

Access at the main security gate was difficult even when we could prove beyond reasonable doubt that we had a booking the access code couldn't allow us in until the security had to call the receptionist and this situation created a havoc to an extent that we had to reverse our car back inconveniencing other cars while sorting the acces and had tojoin

They didn't change sheets when cleaning our the next day it had stains caused by my toddler, they just flipped it to the other side.

welcoming, nice and happy staff, welcoming with smile, the resort is on world wide standard. entertainment accommodates all fdamily members and it is a place to visit again. well done guys with your fdacility.

the noise from the bar. it open till morning hours and the noise goes straight to the nearear rooms.

We loved everything about the stay..from the securities, the reception ladies Nonku and Nicollete, the porter KB, the staff at the restaurant, not to mention the owner Dillan, the food the drinks and the list goes on. The hotel room was so beautifully comfortable and clean, the view was amazing. We are definitely coming back Thanks The Mint @ the Blyde!!!

The highlight for me was the crystal-clear lagoon—it was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The resort’s cleanliness, security, and friendly service also made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I can’t wait to visit again!

The property was exceptionally clean, and the peaceful atmosphere made it easy to relax as it wasn’t noisy at all. The stunning view was definitely a highlight and added to the beauty of the place. I also appreciated the frequent cleaning service, which ensured everything stayed neat and tidy during my stay. The food was delicious, and despite minor issues with room service, the staff were attentive and helpful. A special mention to the receptionist, who went above and beyond by staying in contact and providing the access code promptly, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.

I did face some challenges with communication, particularly with the restaurant. It was quite difficult to get through to them . Although the issue was eventually resolved it was a bit frustrating at the time.

The Villa is beautiful, serene, private with fabulous decor and is absolutely clean. The cleaning staff at the Villa and the gent called Sabelo - these are people that understand customer centricity. Whatever we needed or asked, they assisted diligently. Thank you 🙏🏽 ☺️

It was my 3rd time staying in the villa and these are persisting issues: 1. Bedrooms are hot at night and aircons do not work. 2. The Jacuzzi does not work 3. The Pool lights do not work 4. The Restaurant staff is awful -3 wrong orders for pasta -wait for almost an hour for a salad -bar always has no cocktail ingredients -the flies are uncontrollable (Uber Eats came to the rescue)

The treatment from the stuff it was welcoming, everything was user friendly.

Guys please check the restaurant the girls there have great service but they lie about how much customer spent to increase their tip value. Look at the till slips they produce, every customer spends like 855 or 850 even though when calculation near the waiter, funds were balancing 2. Please give customers a choice to revert the choice of buying in the restaurant after 2 or 3 days food gets boring because same menu.. and we are forced to spend entire R400 otherwise we donated it, if we knew its not hotel doing the food we would have ordered different menus and trust me we would be fulfilled with a meal costing less than R300

I think other than food everything was 100% Forcing us to buy that much nooo man money must find a way to comeback especially if above certain level eg R100
