Our room was clean, the beds were very comfortable, we loved the pool, and the staff was friendly. I'm always scared if there's going to be any kind of bugs in the room and there were absolutely no bugs the whole 6 days we stayed thank God!

Our stay was 6 days and breakfast was only stocked 3 of those days. The staff smoked outside the front door so we could smell smoke when we were going in and out. The hotel is remodeling and the last day the second floor hallway air was full of drywall dust and my son is allergic to drywall dust, so that was an inconvenience when we were leaving.

We were greeted by a friendly helpful person when we check in. They made sure all our needs were met. Every staff encounter was wonderful and helpful.

We had a room that shared a door with another room (Jack and Jill) door. This was Valentines weekend and my getaway with my spouse. I could hear the person in the next room sneeze so I know the sound barrier was NOT good. So much for Valentine's romance. Otherwise this place is a 10 with the value. Just don't pick a room with a door unless you like hearing your neighbors.

The location is great - lots of dining & shopping options nearby. The facilities are pretty clean & the beds were comfy. The staff was amazing! A woman named Nicole went above & beyond to take care of our family and we really appreciated her! Fantastic customer service!

The only things I’d change would be to have a suite option - where there’s a bedroom door to be closed - with a sitting area & pull out couch. That would make this the perfect location for my family!

The Staff were so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too trouble for them - even at 6am when our safe malfunctioned and had our masters tickets in. Great location to commute to masters in Augusta.

Currently being upgraded, needs a new carpet which would uplift it especially in corridor.

The location was excellent and it was very clean.

I would have given a 10 for the overall score but the breakfast lacked luster. If they get the breakfast together, my husband and I have a new hotel that we would frequent.

This was a pleasant surprise! The hotel was very clean, new and in a good location with restaurants and shops nearby. Nice little breakfast was included. Very helpful and courteous staff. I’ll definitely look for this brand in my travels.

Breakfast was not great on the morning I tried it. But thats ok. Seemed like others liked it. I liked that doq owners got the first floor!

I did not like that my shower was dirty and the Tv was on when I went in so I kept feeling like it was someones room and that they would be coming in at any time.

Staff was very friendly and professional. They were very helpful in revising my reservations. The breakfast was very good and had a nice selection of options to choose from. I will definitely stay there again and recommend it to family when they come to visit.

Staff is amazing, friendly and helpful. The rooms are efficient and accommodated my needs. I also like the fact that it is pet friendly and they have places to throw the dog feces outside. Overall very worth the amount

Very good location. Room was spacious and comfortable. Dog friendly - extra $25 charge, which is reasonable. Very friendly and courteous front desk staff.
