We had a clean and cozy room on the second floor. There was no smell of cigarettes in the room, which is important. The bed linens and towels were pristine white. The reception operates 24/7. On the top floor, there is a dining area with a terrace. The breakfast was traditional but varied, with options to suit every taste.

It would be great to add breakfast options for guests who don’t eat pork. And coffee! They only offer instant Nescafe, which, for me personally, is unacceptable.

I stayed at Kutaisi InnDigo Hotel the night before our early morning flight, and we were genuinely pleased with our experience. The location is perfect for travelers — close enough to the airport (just a short drive away) but still quiet and peaceful for a good night’s rest. The room was clean, cozy, and well-prepared when we arrived. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and we appreciated the overall calm atmosphere — exactly what we needed before a travel day. The staff was kind and welcoming, even offering us help with arranging a taxi for the morning. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. My wife, who is blind, felt very comfortable and safe in the space, which means a lot to us. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a worry-free, comfortable place to stay near Kutaisi Airport. We’ll definitely book again next time we fly from there.

The location is perfect, easy to access, and has wonderful amenities in and around. The staff is friendly, the room is clean and tidy, it even had a bidet! Which is amazing for people flying in from the Middle East or India. They had ample coffee and tea available if need be, the kettle was clean and well maintained, and they were very helpful in guiding us on touristy attractions and booking a car rental in Kutaisi. The staff could speak great English which was a huge plus!

The food could use more variety and some more options for vegetarians as the Muslim crowd visiting Georgia is perhaps going to stay away from anything meat-related considering the Non-Veg is not halal, including Chicken.

Good value for money, clean ,comfortable bed, good size room,lift right next to entrance door and supermarket next door. 3 euro Bolt taxi ride to wherever you wanted to go in town and about 8 euro bolt taxi drive from the airport. Get the App !

Room at front little noisy from traffic Little more imagination is needed for breakfast. Especially fresh fruit. There were amazing peaches nectarines watermelon and melons in the market place at reasonable prices which could have been included instead of just apples. You can't buy a watermelon and keep in hotel room fridge so you miss out on these local fruits.

We stayed at this hotel twice now with my girlfriend both times were really good, the rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. The breakfast is delicious, the atmosphere is cozy and the staff are friendly and helpful. For its price this hotel is truly exceptional.

The only downside is poor sound isolation, you can hear everything in the corridor. However, sound from other rooms doesn’t really reach you unless the neighbors are really noisy.

Everything was amazing and went well beyond my expectations. I stayed at the hotel with my girlfriend and in our travels throughout georgia this hotel was by far our favourite. Friendly and welcoming staff as well as clean, quiet rooms and a delicious breakfast make for a perfect stay. The hotel also allows you to take breakfast into your room incase someone is sick or just overslept.

Short drive from Kutaisi airport, good location, large bed, nicely furnished. Breakfast was alright, it can be also served on a rooftop terase. Just 3-4 parking places in front of if the hotel, so it could be tricky.

A really nice stay was sort of ruined by other guests “releasing “ their kids to play in the hotel’s corridor, so they were running, hitting doors, playing ball game, yelling, screaming for more than 1 hour in the morning. Nobody even tried to stop them. Not even the staff. Not sure how often it happens …

Everything was very clean. The floor, the rooms, the bathroom, the bedding, etc. The beds were very comfortable. The appliances worked great. the manager Zuro was very kind and welcoming. Breakfast was also delicious. Would recommend for sure!

Only issue was the Wi-Fi would go out sometimes.

Nice place. Vey good value for money. Good location- the old city center is in 20 minutes walk. Nice personnel. New stuff around. It was very surprising to find so powerful fan in the bathroom. A balcony is a wonderful addition to a room. Decent variety of food for breakfast.

If you will not set a sign "please, made up my room", you will end up with a trash left in the room for several days in a raw.
