The staff had a good attitude And the apartment was nice and comfy And the perfume in the halls was so nice it smelled so good

The parking was small and few it doesn't align with the number of visitors And they need to pay more attention to cleaning And it was a little noisy we could hear the children's screaming and playing also the construction works The breakfast wasn't meeting our expectations it was regular and doesn't deserve its price

Location is very idle and it is very accessible towards the corniche and other side towards the shopping area. The receptionist - by name Ms. Salma was very cordial and changed our room towards to sea view after seeing my family having kids

Breakfast facility needs lot of improvement, we can say no match towards 4 star status. Spending on breakfast being included in the total charge was wasted as my family didn't like to have breakfast

The guest rooms' and lift security, the cleanness of the towels (grayish in color). Also, breakfast buffet lacks variety. In addition, the limitation of in-room supplies (no lotions, only two 330 ml bottles of water are provided for drinking and making tea)

The hotel is fairly new so it's very clean and tidy. The location is excellent just in front of the beach and the area is new as well. Free parking is available underground.

There was a foul smell all the time in one of the bathrooms. They provide four small water bottles daily but if you require more, they charge 2 riyals each which in my opinion is absurd because many hotels I've stayed in provide unlimited water bottles free of charge. The smart TV wasn't that much smart as there was no USB port to connect! There is NO restaurant in the hotel.

the basement parking is a bit small but there are a plenty of parking space outside near the hotel. the number of staff mainly in the housekeeping and room service may need to be increased. the booking price was way high my reservation cost was almost 65% above the normal rate out of the season (booking may also need to reconsider the way it charges its service specially during Eid holidays and similar seasons). other than these little notes, everything else is wonderful.

- Communicating with Hotel was very difficult, as there is no clear number, and when found a WhatsApp number, they barely respond - No breakfast or restaurant, just a cafe with limited items - AC is installed vertically, so it showers down directly on you rather than spread across the room - Pillow are huge and uncomfortable, with no options

The location of the property was good. Secondly the parking was also ample

Following things are major issues:- 1. There was no good food available in the hotel. 2. Reception staff was not available on most of the time. 3. Buffet is very monotonous i.e. Arabic and does not meet the standards of Hotel. 4. The Hotel rates are very expensive seeing all these amenities.

The towels are old need to renew, the breakfast need to improve and to put professional staff in kitchen and waiters, the breakfast is very poor not in diversity no but in presentation very poor and the staff are nice and kind but clearly are not professional, the black gloves they wear to serve give bad impression

in the site of booking.com the location of the hotel is totally wrong and faraway from the actual location and it took me almost 40 minutes more until i reached to the correct location. Please adjust/correct the location on Booking website.
