A lovely hotel – everything is new and modern. Check-in is done online and you're greeted by a hologram at reception. Breakfast is tasty and varied. There's also a sauna (open until 21:30), and the hotel is located not far from the metro – about 30 minutes to the city center by train.

The neighborhood Kista is quite diverse, with many people of Indian, African, Ethiopian, and Middle Eastern backgrounds. Our room’s “window” faced the gym – we could see people working out, but they couldn’t see us. Still, we were woken up in the morning by the sound of gym equipment. Also, there isn’t always someone physically present at the reception. Despite all the modern features and technology, the place feels like it’s missing a bit of soul.

This hotel is not central Stockholm but it’s within a 10 minute walk of a metro into the city in 20 minutes. Beside the station is a large new shopping centre with everything you would possibly need. The hotel is very modern, check in was simple, the staff were friendly and helpful. My single room was a bit cramped but the bed was comfortable and the aircon in the bathroom kept the room cool, so keep the door open. There’s a large window into the atrium that supplies daylight. There’s glass is coated as you can’t really see in as you walk passed, at least I hope not. The shower was fine with hot water. There’s an underground garage handy for a motorcycle overnight. Overall a very pleasant stay and I’d use it again for Stockholm.

The outside needs to be repaired as the tiles are missing.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel in Stockholm — everything was clean, comfortable, and well-organized. But what truly made our experience special was the incredible service from Josefin at the reception. She was exceptionally helpful, kind, and genuinely welcoming from the moment we arrived. Whether it was assisting with local recommendations or just her positive and professional attitude, she went above and beyond and made us feel truly cared for. It's people like her who turn a good hotel stay into a memorable one. Thank you, Josefin, for making our visit so wonderful!

Don't ask more for what you pay: the place is spotless clean and the common areas cozy and warm. Breakfast is great (better than most low-budget hotels) and the place where it's served big and pleasant. Personnel very friendly - it's not true that everything is automated and there's no staff: they're there 24 hours and are very friendly and helpful. The room is a bit Spartan but, what else do you need only to crash? Bathroom's big and the shower amazing (heated towel rail a welcome plus)! Neighbourhood is nice (business area) and the mall at the exit of metro station great, with a couple of supermarkets, shops, a fairly good food court and even a library.

If you don't want to take public transport to/from the city centre then it's not the best choice, though the trip from Central Stockholm station takes less than 20 minutes. The windowless room is a minus (but apparently it's common in Sweden...) but only if you're planning to spend a long time in it.

The simplicity, the cleanliness and the decor, the warmth (given it was mid-December) and the friendliness and cosiness. It made me feel safe and happy. I felt I wanted to replicate it back home.

The only thing was the emptiness of the car park/patio outside. It could do with being a bit greener or brighter (Xmas lights ?). Also there wasn’t a Xmas tree that would have been nice, but the simplicity of the space was nice too. There was a beautiful Swedish-style Xmas star in the window. I had a cheaper room, with windows and curtains looking into the middle of the inside of the building /atrium - for the sake of privacy this meant I couldn’t have a lot of day light (I was out most of the time anyway): to be truthful I didn’t really like this, but know it made my stay cheaper doing it this way, so it was understandable.

I love the staff here. They go beyond to assist you. Friendly, funny and kind. Also, they have a hot and cold nutritional breakfast. They don't have a lot of items, but you do get all you need to start the day. I liked having a garage under the hotel for your car. There was an easy access to and from the garage both walking and driving. There is a mall and a metro station within a 10 min walk from the hotel. Cosy little hotel for a short time stay.

I didn't like that there was nothing in the rooms except the absolute bare minimum. No fridge, no coffee maker or tea kettle, no access to a microwave and no shampoo or conditioner, only handsoap. Also, they really have to work on their outside appearance. There were broken tiles all over in the courtyard in front of the hotel, and no real seating area, just a few chairs and tables scattered around. Could be more welcoming to look at.

Everything was provided for a comfortable and lovely stay. The Metro and stores are close to the facilities, easy travel to the center of town, big variety of breakfast options, friendly and helpful staff. The room itself had everything that is needed to relax and have a decent rest. There is gym equipment and few games for chilling.

Personally the bed was not the most comfortable. That being said there is nothing wrong with the bed, it was great, good quality. I'm just used to sleeping on a much tougher mattress 😄 but that's my thing, i believe many enjoy these beds, so i have no complain about it :)

This hotel is excellent value for money. We had a very comfortable stay there. A short walk to train station/shopping centre. Then 30 minutes into city centre. Clean and modern rooms. Breakfast was fantastic with a varied selection of food.

We thought a shower mat would have been useful as after showering, the floor by the sink gets very wet. Although the breakfast was very impressive, we noted that the vegan options were somewhat limited . While there were some basics like bread and non-dairy milk, adding a few more vegan friendly items, such as plant-based yogurts, vegan spreads (maybe hummus) would make the breakfast experience even better and more inclusive.

Good value for money, easily accessible from the metro station and connected to the center. Breakfast was nice and included gluten free options. Nice staff.

We booked a double room and we had a single bed that was uncomfortably small for two people and the room was not really spacious. We asked for a change at the reception and upon payment of additional 20€ per night they changed us to a bedroom with two beds - not ideal since it added an unforeseen cost (it was a three night stay) but the staff was very helpful in fixing the situation. The breakfast was good but the organisation was quite messy when it was full, there were staff and guests everywhere, tables weren't cleaned... (it also finishes at 9h30 which is not ideal). The room we ended up staying in was next to the cleaning room a loud vent was heard all night long, which was really annoying.

Room volume, good ventilation the possibility to open a window, and clean and modern bath and bed were excellent. In advance breakfast until 10:00 and tea during the day were included. It is also very close to the ARN airport.

The location is not bad it is just 15 min from the city center by metro, and no additional ticket is required. For some of my friends, Kista might seem a bit too multicultural but I didn't see any problem. I just didn't like the screaming seagulls waking me up at 4:30 am, but I could close the window and it's not the hotel's problem.
