The breakfast was AMAZING! Great variety to choose from we were there for 2 nights, the room was very clean, the pool was so relaxing and the kids enjoyed it. The pool was also clean and Noone was there so we got even extra family time of having fun! The basketball Hall of fame, Dr. Seuss Museum with 4 other museums attached all for one price and the MGM all within a mile or less radius!

There wasnt many restaurants next door so we had to drive about 4 to 5 miles for places like Walmart five below and places to eat but it still wasnt the worst thing to do! It just brought us into more areas to see different things.

I liked the ease of getting here right off the highway. Also the staff was very nice. I also felt like the property was very secure. The room was pretty clean and I felt comfortable and safe which is top priority for me.

I felt that the bathroom wasn't the most clean, could have been better. Also the elevators seemed like they could use some servicing. Finally, the noise levels within the hotel were not great. Walls felt like they were paper thin which isn't entirely their fault just something to think of if you're a light sleeper.

When I discovered the brand of coffee maker in the room did not work with the brand of coffee filter holder, the ladies at the front desk went out of their way to hunt down the right brand of coffee maker! I know it's a little thing, but it meant a lot! The suite, #419, was big and roomy, the bed exceptionally comfy, one of the few hotels with a microwave, good shower, awesome breakfast in the morning, close to everything, but just far enough away to avoid the crazy traffic jams at the casino.

The shower/toilet room was a little tight. It really could have been designed better.

Nice reservationist upon arrival. Hotel is clean, comfortable and great rate. Breakfast was very good. Did not visit but proximity to Basketball Hall of Fame is .01 mile!

Need some type of carpet/rug in front of elevators to “catch” the dripping water of guests waiting for elevator after leaving pool. Floor is tile as was slippery.

The property was very clean, in a good location to the highway and work meeting, front desk staff all very nice and professional, rooms very spacious with nice amenities in the room like microwave, fridge coffee maker and bathroom amenities as well. I would stay here again and recommend to others to stay at this location. Parking was great as well no charge and easy access to my room safe and secure.

Minor was the feather pillows for the bed not the most comfortable but the king bed was very comfortable!

I Location was excellent. Located right off the highway and super convenient to both downtown and the basketball hall of fame. Beds were very comfortable and rooms were very clean, staff was friendly. My one gripe was the stains on the wall in the bathroom and in the bedroom. Other then that zero issues, would highly recommend

I can’t complain everything was as expected.

The only little comment that I will make and but it wasn’t a big deal but it it needs to be addressed but I regret when I checked out didn’t mention was that the sink on room 515 it was about to get clogged . I have to open the bathroom faucet, just a little bit.

Very clean and quiet and location was good for us.

Parking was awful! When we arrived in the afternoon it as fine but left to go out for the evening and when we returned there was no parking! Luckly I have a smaller car and squeezed in but was not happy about it as could hardly get out of my car. Also our shower control did not work well.

Good location for what I needed everything was easy inc check in. Sensible breakfast and no hassle. Staff were helpful for any questions the lady at breakfast on sun 29th was brilliant she was so happy, nice and helpful and good member of staff.

Lovely stay no problems

I love how caring and friendly the staff always is whenever we travel to Western Massachusetts we always stay here we absolutely love it and I always highly recommend it to anyone who has family and pet's.

Beds could be a bit softer. I don't like that the homeless are hanging outside of the premises and begging for money.
