I had an absolutely fantastic stay at the hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel’s atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the service was top-notch throughout my visit. The location was perfect, with easy access to the center, and the facilities, including jacuzzi, exceeded my expectations. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, making my experience truly memorable. I can’t recommend this hotel enough! I will definitely be returning on my next trip.

This was an amazing place to stay, only steps from the Alt Stadt and a few minutes walk to major transit. Staying right on the river, watching the current go by, was so peaceful. Though the room was small for comparable hotel standards, we didn’t need more when we had the various dining/lounge options to hang out in. For the first time in many years of travelling, the air exchange units did what they were supposed to! The bathroom fans were efficient, the AC and the heat BOTH worked. I can’t tell you how impressed I was by this one thing. :) Breakfast was superb every morning, with something for all of us with different diets. The service was wonderful, the staff were amazing, especially Wolfgang, the bartender/porter who treated our friends so well. They had the best time!

My one and only complaint is that we never had a working safe in the room, after repeated requests to have it fixed over our 6 night stay. The engineer came once to our knowledge, but before 8am and we were still in bed.

The hotel is a boat! It usually is a cruise boat during summer time, and during winter it stays on the deck. I must say I was extremely surpised when I found myself where I was going, as in the description I had not realized, I was booking into a boat! I liked the hotel, the cleanliness, the staff was so friendly! The location is beautiful from the inside. I had the room with the river view... I had the feeling that I was floating. It was really a quite surprising and beautiful experience.

The parking is far for someone with a few luggages for someone with kids. If you are coming for a few days and you have a few luggages, just make sure to stop your car where the boat is stationed and then you will need to go back and park it. Also, Waze and Google Maps made me go to the closed parking side... Thus, I must say that for the parking and the best way to arrive it was not very clear. Also, make sure you receive the confirmation email with the reception phone number, because the phone number on the initial reservation is for the offices and they close at 5PM.

The fact that this was a ship/boat on the river, with a window opening to the Rhein river and the rooftop sitting/smoking area + a small jacuzzi. The view was great and the crew were professional and friendly.

We were a bit puzzled about where to find the property, specifically, what to look for! We thought it is a normal hotel, but it was a ship. Although later we noticed it was mentioned in the comments on booking.com, but IMHO it would be better to point it out in the main booking page as well.

The ship hotel is very nice and exceptional experience. It is very closed to the old town. It was nice to walk around to main attractions. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was Fabolous. We enjoyed the long breakfast while watching the river. I wish we could have stayed at river side rooms but our room was good and comfortable as well.

The staff were amazing, very polite and attentive, both the food and drink onboard were faultless and the cleanliness of the ship was amazing, over all my whole group were blown away by how nice the whole experience was.

Breakfast looked like a good selection, but not great for vegans, especially as the hotel asks to let them know beforehand so they can prepare. Bit noisy with the tram line over the hotel. Wifi you have to get inputted at reception which seems over the top.

Nice experience, very friendly and welcome staff. All the services you May need are available. Tasty and variegate breakfast. Perfect position, zero minute far away from center.

I booked a room not in the River side. To overcome the absence of windows to open, there is an air system always going on. It reproduces a very small noise but it can be quit annoying for people who like to sleep in no-sound places. Not a big problem!

An amazing ship/hotel in a beautiful site. 5 minutes walk from the U (public transportation). Beautiful scenery. Small, warm, super clean and perfect rooms. A rich breakfast with a lot of varieties to choose from. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. We would definitely come again when its warmer to enjoy the outdoor amenities.

I thought everything was perfect! I confess that when I booked it I didn’t pay attention to the fact that it gives a boat and I was completely in love with everything. From the service of all employees to the accommodations! It will certainly be a place that I will come back a lot and recommend to all my friends!
