Hotel Alda Estación Vigo is situated in a perfect location - very close to the train/bus station and within walking distance from the city center and the port where you can catch the ferry to Cíes Islands. The hotel is clean and quite modern and the room and bathroom size was sufficient for our needs. We're really grateful to the man at the reception desk for his warm welcome and fantastic attitude. Now, let's discuss value for money—Alda Estación exceeded my expectations. I've stayed in more upscale accommodations that offered less comfort and charged a higher fee than Alda Estación. We opted for the breakfast package, and it was a wise choice. Simple, yet remarkably fresh and tasty. Overall, it was a delightful experience that surpassed my expectations. While aiming for an afternoon siesta, caught some construction buzz either from the neighbouring block or down below. I believe this was a one-shot deal and not a regular jam, so I won't sweat it in the long haul.

We were able to book last minute as we had been stranded by transport strikes. The shared room was good value, clean and comfy beds, and a nice open seating area in the foyer to unwind after the long day. Ensuite bathroom was good with a nice shower.

The one thing we didn't like was the lack of personal lights, or lamps. There was only the main room light.

The gentleman at the front desk was very sweet and friendly. I can't say the same about the young woman that was there at times. I told her that the 2nd floor smelled like smoke....but most likely it came from a patio that connected to the front desk. Excellent location, very clean. Breakfast room was clean and comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Alda Estación. The location is great, close to everything you might possibly need. The room was comfortable and clean. We were provided with everything we needed. Also, the staff were really lovely.

As the walls are quite thin, at night it can get a bit noisy, but nothing too bad. It just depends on the other guests (we had a neighbor who happened to yell for about 20 minutes in the middle of the night one night, but that was not the hotel's fault, just some people lacking a proper education).

I dont know how this lil gem of a hotel is only rated 1star!! The room was clean and fresh, and the bathroom was too! Even though we were only here for 2 nights, I would definitely stay for a week here, the younger guy at reception was like our own tour guide he gave us maps circled off what he recommended for our first day and also recommended our second day tours, you have everything on your doorstep and the port and beach are not fat away either, I had an amazing stay and will be bringing my teenage son here with me in the summer

You're going to hear everyone in the building. I didn't mind. I was too tired to care. It's fine for 1 night. It does quiet down once it's late. The water temp is inconsistent so be careful.

The location is exceptional next to a lot of the nightlife area and the bars, center, port area. The staff was amazing and the receptionist Borja in the lobby was very attentive and helpful. He assisted with transportation and even helped me find a lost item and sent it back to my home. I was very impressed even though I was skeptical after reading a few of the bad reviews and yes, the streets nearby are a bit noisy, but that is because it's in the center near an active, young area. The hotel's location is perfect. It is near a big market and long distance bus station, and is not far from the sea and the city center. The hotel is very quiet and clean. The clerk of it is very friendly. It's really worthwhile to choose it for personal travel. Thank you Alda.

The hotel is very close to the bus station and shopping centre. The staff was very polite and helpful. It has very nice reception area.

The neighbours were very noisy till 1 am. The walks seem very thin and you could hear showers running.
