Breakfast, Lunch and Breakfast were good and met our expectations

Changing bathroom shower sliding door will be much better as water will not drip on the bathroom floor. Curently, shower door moves out and water from the shower door drips on the floor. Toilet seat connected to the rim joint needs cleaning. Over a period of time the joint gets rusted and shows stain. Keeping the joint absolutely without any rust stains will be excellent. Except this , the bathroom was absolutely clean and nothing to complain. The floor supervisor Krishna ensured the room was cleaned, changing the sheets if needed,, providing fresh towels and keeping water bottles every day without fail. I would recommend this hotel without any hesitation.

The staff was very welcoming and efficient. We used their car for drop and pickup from the Saibaba temple. The breakfast and dinner was very nice homely tase for all the vegetables and Dal. We also enjoyed their pani puri and chaat before our dinner. They have a beautiful garden and pool in their back yard which was very soothing and nice for a relaxing walk in the evening. Hotel review from Australian 🇦🇺 I had the pleasure of staying there. The moment I arrived I was welcomed into this serene oasis with the smell of fresh lilies at the reception and a tranquil surrounding, a welcome change from the busy streets outside. The staff were courteous and accommodating from the front desk to housekeeping. Everyone displayed exemplary professionalism and warmth. The restaurant offered an impressive range of local and international cuisine and the service was quick, butter chicken boneless was awesome. The public areas and rooms are tastefully decorated, spacious, and spotlessly clean. The potted plants and gardens are lovingly tended, adding to the peaceful atmosphere. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. What truly sets The hotel is its elegant yet homely ambience, beautiful lighting and attention to detail. I wholeheartedly recommend this charming gem to families and solo travellers alike and can't wait to return. Thank you!

Superb Hotel The Sun & sand has everything you would need for a stay. Great gardens & grounds ,Swimming pool & a lovely Gallery featuring art :Sai Baba. There is a nice massage/spa at rear of hotel.The restaurant was excellent & I would highly recommend this Hotel.

One Reception Staff was very unhelpful,negative & ill informed. He just did not have a clue about Sai Baba Temple access & tried to put us off from going after we had travelled all those miles. It was a good job we ignored his wrong advice & we succeeded in visiting the temple without any issues. This staff member was arrogant & was the only flaw in this wonderful Hotel.All other staff were professional & friendly.

Excellent Hotel buffet Breakfast and Dinner. Lot of varities dishes were available during Breakfast and Dinner. During Breakfast "Live Dosa" section and during Dinner chat section liked a lot. Very beautiful hotel Gardan and swimming pool area. Mandir drop and pickup service was very helpful. Hotel staff is very helpful. We enjoyed a lot.

Rooms are quite outdated and needs to redevelop everything.

The breakfast was very a very good spread, lots of variety and very tasty!! The entire property is very well maintained and has a lovely vibe to it They now have EVs running back and forth from the temple complex, so very convenient and efficient service, although we actually walked back, its a nice sweet walk through the internal roads from temple to the hotel and they have the most delicious lemon-barley welcome drink !! :)

The rooms need a little upgrading to do some of them are starting to look dated , furniture and toilets

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone who visit Shirdi. Special thanks to Ram Pagare - the housekeeping manager who listen to our concerns and sorted out the matter soon. We had a nice stay at Sun and Sand Shirdi. I will recommend this hotel to any one looking for comfortable and peaceful stay in Shirdi. Thanks to Mohan and Samadhan the house keeping staff to keep our rooms clean and tidy .

The restaurant staff needs some training about hospitality . They just stood in the restaurant and were not communicative/ helpful towards the guest. We had to find our own table.

The staff was very helpful with accomodating our requests and providing information. The bathrooms were well equipped with good quality amenities & room was clean and comfortable. Snacks and drinks were also provided in the room/mini bar

The price seemed quite high especially for a hotel based out of Shirdi, we did book one week prior to our arrival however and it was immediately after Diwali so I suppose it was quite busy. Price of the food in room service & restaurant (a la carte) was quite high compared to the quality.

1. I feel and suggest that complementary breakfast be included with all reservations. Secondly, I feel that prices in the restaurant are a bit high. Not everyone may like buffet and the price of food items should be reduced to reflect the ala carte selection. 2. I like your dropping off and picking up temple visitors near the temple.

Excellent trained staffs in hotel and restaurant. Very good and tasty food. On call shuttle service to temple is very convenient.

It is 26 years ago of property, so immediate refurbishment required in bathroom and room furnishings. Wash basin mirror is outdated with wooden frame with full of dust. Sofa needs to be reupholster or replacement. A total renovation required.
