The whole hotel and holiday experience. From the moment I made the booking for our honeymoon, the hotel team have been brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble and when we arrived we got upgraded to a better room. The hotel is a small family run hotel with a small team of staff who work tirelessly to make your experience the best you can imagine. The rooms are large and comfortable. The breakfast (included) is plentiful, varied and of a high quality. The atmosphere is peaceful and resting yet still with a family feel.

The pool is small but this matches the number of guests, so not too much of an issue. I wouldn't recommend the hotel to a young family as the entertainment is limited, but for us this was perfect.

Everything about the property was beautiful,customer service was on another level! All staff were super helpfull, very nice,nothing was too much trouble, from check-in to check-out! Filtsa,Fotini,Lydia,Fotis, thank you guys for making our stay memorable (sorry I didn’t mention all staff by names) I wish I could have taken everybody’s name even the chambermaid/house keeping staff were excellent. Location of the property is an absolute bonus! Less than 2 minutes walk to the beautiful Kamari beach! Will definitely stay @ Anassa Deluxe Suites on our next visit to Santorini 😀😀

Absolutely NOTHING, we liked EVERYTHING

An extremely good experience. Familly friendly! The apartment is quite large and airy. You don't need air conditioning at all. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast in the hotel is excellent, as is the cleanliness. Towels are changed every day. At the evening you can also chill at the pool. Upon departure, we also received a gift and we had the opportunity to stay in the apartment until 3:00 p.m. We had chance to park free in front of the hotel. Thank you a lot!

I arrived with my wife and my daughter at the airport at 2:30pm where the hotel had reserved for us a taxi driver, that was already there with his Mercedes 10 seater van. The journey from the airport to the hotel took only 10 minutes, perfect after 4 hours flight. When we have arrived, Felicia the receptionist, offered us a fresh drink and explained us all the hotel facilites. The room was already available and, they brought our luggages straight there. All the room descriptions that we have read before, they did not honor the real value of what was the apartment. It was very large, with many facilities and everything was absolutely clean and tidy and, it has been the same for all holiday period. The structure of roughly 20 rooms/appartments, keeps your holiday really cozy. The location is in the middle of Kamari, close to the beach and the seafront, but also queit for a perfect rest. The sweet and savoury breakfast offers you many delicasies for real Greek experience. If you are lucky you can find a table with a pool view or if prefer there are a nice outside area. I would like to highlight that a perfect holiday is made by a perfect staff, that we have found at Anassa. Receptionists, waiters, cleaners and Iannis the barman, offer a 5 stars holiday. The owner Mrs Chiara is a lovely lady that offer at all their guests the maximum of the service for their satisfaction. I am sure that in the couple of years I will back there with my family for another great holiday. Many thanks at all Anassa staff.

- The hotel looks like newly built – very well maintained and recently renovated - quiet location yet very close to restaurants and and the beach - pleasant and helpful staff - large rooms with basic kitchenette stuff that comes very handy - delicious breakfast - all quality items including Baklava - balcony facing the garden (quiet, palms and flowers) - swimming pool with sunbeds and umbrellas - very clean rooms and common spaces - well working an quiet A/C - traditional wooden window shutters were helpful against too much sun and during the sleep - stable and relatively fast wifi (10-20 Mbps) - appreciated a foldable hanger tor towels and swimsuits on the balcony with clothes pegs

- relatively soft bed – the mattress could be harder - more ergonomic - free parking for rented cars is very limited around the hotel

The hotel is close to the airport. There are many beach restaurants and small shops near the hotel. The hotel facilities are complete. The breakfast is exquisite and rich. The hotel staff are very friendly especially Lidia. She is willing to help guests and always welcomes guests with a smile. I stayed here very enjoyable in 3 nights.

Unfortunately there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom and only a small window can be opened, so I feel uncomfortable when taking a shower, and there are no facial tissues provided in the room.

The location of the hotel was so nice and the staff were so nice. The request for airport pick-up or laundry service was also accurate and excellent. My baby spilled juice twice in the lobby, and the staff responded kindly and brought new juice to my daughter, which was touching. There were many restaurants nearby, and I could walk to the sea, and the hotel swimming pool was spacious and nice. Above all, the staff were so kind and nice that my memory in the saturni was even better. Thank you. I highly recommend it!

Excellent location, close to restaurants, shops and beach. Bus stop into Fira 10 mins walk. Well appointed with excellent facilities. Extremely clean. Lovely room overlooking the pool. Great breakfast with plenty of choice. Staff were superb. So welcoming, friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend and would love to stay again should we get the opportunity.

Location amazing 2 minutes from beach close to shops and restaurants as well as good walk over to Perissa. Our room was upgraded to the honeymoon suite and it was exquisite, spacious, impeccably clean with great facilities. All rooms appeared the same. Lovely pool area with extremely comfortable beds. Great gym sauna and shower area. Staff professional, welcoming, efficient and informative they all went over and above for everyone staying. Plentiful tasty breakfast included in price. The hotel was absolutely amazing I can’t wait to return.

That we did not stay longer!!

Location was perfect, close to the beach, shops, restaurants, about half a block away, far enough where it was still peaceful by our pool, did not hear bar noise. Rooms are clean and the suite with the loft was perfect for our two teenagers and us. Breakfast had a great selection and was especially nice since it was included in the room rate. Bartender Giannis was extremely helpful and friendly, we enjoyed talking to him. Vicki at the front desk was also very friendly and helpful. Hope to return here and stay at the same hotel next time!
