They front desk staff was amazing! There was a lady when we first got there and she was so nice and pleasant. The man who worked later that night was also so sweet! They made conversation with all their guest and greeted everyone as they walked in the door like they knew them! I would recommend this place!

I can not think of anything that we did not like about this place!

Upon check in was told I did not have a reservation and all rooms were filled..I had made reservations through Booking.com with confirmation and pin numbers provided. Finally after contacting Booking.com and having them call the motel , we were provided rooms. Front desk claimed that our confirmation and pin numbers were not in their system. Have used Booking.com for years without this problem. I think it was too easy for the front desk to claim the third party making the reservation was at fault. The two systems should have synced and avoided a difficult time.

Everything! Brilliant staff, fabulous pool and gym, everything so clean and well equipped, lovely coffee always available at reception, lovely varied breakfast range, plenty of choice for everyone, easy walking distance to shops if you want to use the fridge and microwave, comfy large beds, fabulous view over the forests, we LOVED our stay!!

The staff was super-helpful and friendly. We needed something one evening when they were very busy and they came through after we'd lost hope that they could manage it. Breakfast was just right - little omelets, meats, biscuits & gravy, oatmeal, make your own waffles, lots of yogurts and fruits and juices, in addition to the usual cold cereals/bagels/toast. Fitness center was well maintained and clean. Hotel is located right off the highway but it was quiet. Free bottled water and daily cookies too.

Only complaint is that the heating/cooling was difficult to regulate. It vacillated between being too cold and too hot, and the fan seemed to have one speed - high. Also, some might miss having a bathtub - we just had a shower.

Breakfast was flavorful. The dining area was always kept clean. Location is good because it’s close to local convenient stores and restaurants. Staff was super awesome.

The carpeting color at this location is horrible because it creates a dark and gloomy ambiance.

called to inform staff that we would arrive around 3-4am from texas, asked if i would be charged for first day since it will be so late - she said no. i was still charged for the first day and should not have

Location, staff, cleanliness, and facilities were all great! Overall, we loved our brief stay and would say this hotel has great value.

Breakfast was included, but it looked so unappealing and tasted… fine.

I have stayed here previously and find this Hampton Inn has maintained its consistency as a comfortable respite on my trips to and through the area.

The bed was excellent. Very comfortable. Also an excellent selection of tv channels.

The carpet in my room wasn't very clean. There was a sticky substance on the floor in front of the night stand between the beds. It also didn't look vacuumed in a while.

Loved the full breakfast. Location was great and close to what I had to do. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.

The window curtains did not shut and my room faced the parking lot so had light all during night.
