The staff îs very friendly, they speak very good english. We really enjoyed our stay. The view îs beautiful. The Photos I posted are for the guest who don’t know how the lights are working and there îs a socket in the bathroom under de light

We liked everything

The size of the room, furniture, bathroom and the terrace view.

My suite was the most expensive and the only one with bathrobe, slippers and early check in. Our room was ready way later and we waited in the different room. First they gave us another room, wich was smaller,with twin beds, cheaper compare with what I reserved. Because this was my second holiday here, I knew what my room should look like. They didn't have slippers, so my trip to the spa was in my winter boots. The room was not so clean this time. The housekeepers didn't came to our room to change the bin bags. Not so great experience this time.

A hotel with a character, nice furniture and a lovely restaurant. Short walk to the beach. Public transport just outside of the hotel. Super friendly staff. A perfect location for those who like chilled and relaxed atmosphere. Spa facilities were lovely.

The hotel is advertised as a sea front but this is misleading as 5-7min walk is required to get to the beach which wasn’t a problem for us but just not what we expected. Our room wasn’t cleaned during the whole duration of our stay, although a toilet roll was stocked every day.

Strong bad smell from pipes in the bathroom in floor 5, other people told me at floor 3 the mosquitos killed them and there was no net at the windows

Clean, quiet, nice view

Dodgy road to get to the hotel (i guess it will be possible to enter the parking from the main road in couple weeks but while we stayed there the parking entry from the main road was still under construction). You need a car to get to places as hotel is a hit far from the center of golden sands

Very beautiful inside, romantic.This hotel have very clear and warm swimming pool outside and 2 jacuzzi and spa inside. Wish to come back on winter time 😊. Very nice and fresh breakfast. Very, very BIG!!!🤗Nice barmens are caring to make all food on table.Thank you guys 👍 On reception is very friendly people. Thay wil help you in any questions. Room is cleaning on your choice, nobody is knocking to your door like room service. You realy can relax and have nice time..Its safe in the room 👍Its 5 stars hotel but with very very loyal price. It is difficult to briefly describe my impressions of the hotel. Initially, there were no special expectations from the off-season hotel on Kabakum beach, due to the fact that usually everything here is always closed. And the infrastructure is not developed. But, to my surprise, the hotel is functioning - and it is clear that nothing is abandoned or overgrown with grass, like in other hotels in the neighborhood. The cleanliness of the area deserves the highest praise. Lots of greenery. Very lively and well maintained place. The rooms are quiet and clean and have everything you need. But the most magical thing is the view from the window. Just unbelieveble. The reception staff were responsive, the girls helped with dinner delivery and car rental. I liked everything so much that I booked a room for the summer. I'm glad I discovered this place.

Interiors of room and lobby give you the best feeling. The room was spacious, really comfortable beds, great bathroom with bathtub and sea view. Spa centre was the most amazing part as it is really big and you can also book it individually, only for yourself.

The road to the hotel was a little off-road, but nothing too concerning. There are still parking spots inside and out. If you're on foot, there are stairs leading you directly to the main road, making it even close to the beach.

Nice design with love for details, spacious rooms, nice view. The hotel recently created a SPA area which is well equipped and beautifully designed. Our cat enjoyed his stay in our room with balcony. Very nice! It looks like the hotel keeps expanding the areas for relaxation. As we left, we saw that the staff has been just building a new patio next to the hotel. We also appreciated the stairways down to the road with small lanterns along the way. Another plus, a nice breakfast in a beautiful hotel restaurant or outside on the terrace.

A few minor aspects, which I will communicate by mail.

The challenging rural steps down to the beach. Very comfy beds & silence at night. Great views WiFi & aircon. Lots wasps & flies on breakfast but staff will shut food trays etc if you ask. No-one else was bothered just us from UK lol. Loved the laid back atmosphere along the beach but people were generally very rude or ignorant. Barely any English people but I liked that a lot

Wasps and flies chasing food like seagulls. Restaurants close early due to poor tourism. The mini bar in the room is very expensive! Tiny bottles of water were double the price of 2ltr bottles....don't touch the mini bar. Tiny pool enough for 2/3 but not good for kids as no inflatables allowed & completely fenced in except the pool steps. If someone was drowning you'd have to run all the way round to the steps because it's enclosed by a fence to get in to help.
