Staff very friendly, it was my second time staying there, we stayed for 12 days, rooms are cleand every day, you got everything you need, restaurants shops, the Kawagoe rail station 3 minutes away from Hotel grate shopping, supermarket, very handy I will definitely be staying there again

There wasn't anything I didn't like

We stayed in the triple bedroom. It was spacious! We had a good view of Kawagoe town from our room. There was a small bathtub in the toilet. Location was the best! Literally next door to Kawagoe station. It's above U-Place Mall, on the 7th floor.

The hotel is centrally located, right above a small 2-storey mall (not much inside, but there’s a great halal biryani restaurant!). It’s directly connected to the main train and bus stations, making it very convenient. The shopping malls around the bus station were surprisingly good and had plenty to explore. We booked 2 rooms for our family — no connecting doors, but the staff kindly placed us side by side. The rooms were modern, clean, and well-equipped. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. Amenities were excellent. The biggest plus was the location — close to transport, food, and shopping. Parking was also easy, with a flat rate of ¥2000 for 24 hours. A comfortable and convenient stay overall! And the room is pretty cheap.

I wish they have a room with connecting door. But not a problem at all.

Clean modern quiet business hotel connected to a small mall with convenience stores and a decent sized supermarket, pharmacy and daiso in the area! Near a station for those who take trains to reach the hotel. Downside is that since we drove, we had to purchase a parking ticket to park at the mall behind. It provided 19 hrs of parking at 2000jpy, since first hour was free. At the lobby there is complimentary coffee. The breakfast provided had an excellent though limited spread and my family had a leisurely and enjoyable breakfast. Service staff quality of service was very good. The cafe is located at 2F of the mall. The room is considered spacious enough for 2 luggages if you move the twin beds together. Toilet and bath as well as sink are all separate, very practical design and layout if 2 people share the room. Check out is via an automated machine if you want express check out and have no other bills to settle. I would stay here again any time!

The parking is not free. You need to park in uplace mall carpark, which is connected to the hotel at 7F. If you have luggage you have to bring the luggage through the car park to the hotel. Pass your parking ticket to the staff at the hotel check in counter and they will hand you a ticket together with your original ticket after you pay 2000jpy Upon leaving the carpark, slot the original ticket at the gantry, followed by the hotel ticket once the machine processes the first ticket.

I chose the hotel for location. Nice view from upper floor. No complaints: hotel delivered as advertised.

Not a 'dislike', more of a suggestion to hotel. I also, as have a few others, found it a bit confusing to find the hotel lobby. You need to take an elevator in the shopping mall area up to the 7th floor. I've been to a few other hotels in Japan that use this set-up (hotel on upper floors of a multi-purpose building) so I figured it out quickly enough. But, directions could be bettered. Also, a brief explanation in the hotel description would remove all ambiguity.

1. Great value for money 2. Size of twin room is reasonably big enough. Bed is comfortable and the room is clean. 3. In terms of location, the hotel is located in the U-place which is an office complex building with cafe, bakery and restaurant on the 1st and 2nd floor. The hotel reception is on level 7, guest rooms is on Level 8-11. We did not have breakfast in the hotel as it is very convenient to find restaurants and cafe on Level 1 and 2. 4. We travelled there by car and it was easy and secure to park our car in the U-place building as there were lots of parking lots. After we presented our parking ticket at the hotel front desk, we were given a special parking voucher which will charge a fixed price of 2,000 yen per car per night from 14:00 to 11:00. Those who drive there need to note that car height should be lowered than 2.1m as there is height restriction in the parking space. 5. Free good coffee in the lobby

1. The hotel special lift cannot go directly to the parking lots. We have to walk about 1-2 minutes to change another lift in the parking lots building. It is quite confusing and with heavy luggages, it is not handy.

Stayed a further night. Close to Crea Mall - a pedestrian mall lined on both sides with shops and eateries leading to the old town merchant Edo house

Car park instructions can be further improved for foreign visitors who do not understand or read Japanese. But once the car park is located after some careful and open eyes use brain driving, gg through the car park routine is straight forward. The 2000 jpy a night is worth the price considering the very affordable room rate with modern facilities.

The hotel is very quiet, clean and the rooms are large by Japanese standards. The room has a seperate toilet from a Japanese style shower and tub room. The views of the city are nice both day and night. The lobby is located on the 7th floor and has a nice washer dryer combo that has its own soap. The hotel is located practically in the Kawagoe Train Station making it very convenient to travel to Tokyo or other parts of the metro area. Lots of convenience stores and outstanding restaurants are nearby.

The entrance to the hotel is a bit tricky to find. There are two elevators that service access to the 7th floor where the lobby is located, however the signage is mostly in Japanese and not easy to find.

Room was clean and spacious by business hotel standards. Particularly liked the separation of toilet and bath facility. Japanese style bath with separate toilet room was main reason for booking with this hotel. Hotel staff was professional and courteous.

Breakfast was marginal and frankly the worst we have experienced in at least the last three years. Mix up in booking was aggravating, but, that issue was with Booking Software issues, not hotel. Front desk personnel were professional and the issue was resolved.

Breakfast was arranged with a restaurant down on the second floor. It was a good breakfast with lots of options. The staff at the hotel were really friendly and helpful, check in and check out were efficient. The room and bathroom were surprisingly more spacious than I expected. I was really pleased with this hotel.
