I have to say that location of the hotel it’s really perfect . Very easy connection to the city center. Amazing and very helpfull staff especially ROSIA ! This guy helped me out to sort a better room for me and my finance as we came together with his mum to celebrate her birthday. He was every time very kind and patient with me as I wasn’t easy customer. He helped me with all I needed and he really deserve a 5 star !! All he did for me he made with a smile on his face :) thank you once again ROSIA - thanks to you this trip was even more amazing. Hope to see you next time !

Was no bath in the room

The hotel was spacious with plenty of rooms. When it was full, finding a parking spot may seem hard, but you can definitely find one in the yard. The deluxe tripe room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was actual king size and the bathroom was very modern. I still remember the lighting system, the best I've seen until now... The room had a coffee maker and a fridge, also very helpful. The breakfast was in my top 5 from what I've seen until now, variated and delicious... The heating system can be controlled by the guest in the room. One more thing... The public transport around is great! You can take trams 9 and 10 from the station right near to get to Charles Bridge or bus 180 to get to the Royal Palace.

There were a lot of tables in the breakfast hall, so there was no waiting. I am only saying "waiting", because there were always a lot of people having breakfast, so it could get crowded around 9 a. m. Still, the employees are constantly refreshing the buffet. Also, about the parking, as I said above, it could be hard finding a place when the hotel is full, but the receptionist opened a small yard where we could park the car. A bit expensive for 160 euros per night, but this is Prague, after all! However, the great service was totally worth it!

This was a new hotel being told that it had only been in operation for 5 months. We opted for a room with a garden patio having view over the nearby woodland. Very clean comfortable rooms with fridge and facilities to make tea and coffee. The hotel is outside the centre, however it has very good reasonably priced access to Prague from the tram station "Hotel Golf" just a few yards from the hotel. Easy access from the airport by taxi. The highlight of our stay was the excellent breakfast which we rate a "10".

Quite a few steps from the tram station up to the hotel. There was some building work but it didn't affect our stay.

Pet friendly! The restaurant was so nice and i would have stayed longer just to eat breakfast there more, it was so good. The restaurant staff is truly amazing, professional and kind! In the room the bed was comfortable and i liked that many pillows were provided.

The hotel room door was faulty, didn’t lock properly. Fortunately there was a handyman right away to check it out, though the problem was only resolved temporarily. I stayed only one night so it didn’t bother me. In the area there is not much to do. You need a car, or go 5-7 stops with a tram to find something in the area.

The breakfast was great. The Hotel's location is good because it's close to the cable cars, practically in front of the Hotel, and the schedule demand is excellent, every 8 minutes there was one available. The travel time to the city center was about 25 minutes. The beds were comfortable.

I didn't like that our room was in an annex at the back of the hotel. To access the restaurant and amenities, we had to walk outside, there was no access from inside. This caused us some discomfort, especially with the low temperatures and with a child.

Very nice hotel! Nice staff, good breakfast, restaurant in the hotel, so easy to have lunch or dinner if you won't leave the hotel. The location was perfect with the tram in front of the hotel. We stopped our car in the limited parking and used the tram during our 8 nights stay.

Rooms don't have closets or drawers despite when we booked it, the picture was showing closet. There are hangers on the wall. Also we faced many problems in our room. Heater & phone wasn't working and sometimes no hot water. The staff & technician were cooperative but couldn't fix anything. It seems that the same problems were in many rooms due to works in the hotel. They proposed to change our room but we didn't.

This is the second time we have been in this hotel, and if we visit Prague again we will choose this hotel again. The room was very comfortable, clean and fresh. The breakfast was amazing, so generous with many different things to choose. We recommend this hotel.

The parking was a little bit expensive, 16 euro/day. It was not many parking places, it was difficlut to get a place, when we arrived first night we got a place which was not really a parking place. The second night we couldn't get a place, the staff tried to help us, they told us to park at some hospital which would take 15 min walking. We tried to find a place at hotel parking and we tried and tried untill we find a place on graces which we could park our car. 0

Really nice and cozy hotel, we especially appreciated quiet location. Room was really nice, bed was super comfy and big. There was a fridge and coffee machine as well. Good location, tram stop nearby. Good variety of foods for breakfast - with more fruits, cakes, and many more.

Breakfast room was too small and it was really overcrowded. It was difficult to find clean table, to get the food, there were long lines, difficult to walk through the room,, and literally uncomfortable to have a nice breakfast there. Bad coffee, and the quality of hams and sausages seemed poor.

We are frequenters in this hotel, we have chosen it several times and we always rated it 10 points. The hotel has several advantages: located in a quiet area out of the downtown, but Venceslas square can be reached easily by tram within 15-20 minutes. A big advantage is the guarded parking at the hotel. The rooms are very clean and modern, well-equipped (big TV, coffee maker, hairdrier, soap, shower gel, etc). Furniture is brand new. Breakfast is perfect, a wide variety of food can be found on the table.

Our visit now was disappointing, because some circumstances have changed since we had been here last time. Some years ago we enjoyed the hospitality, kindness and helpfulliness of staff, but now the receptionists were rude, bored and not hospitable. Their communicated very briefly, impolitely. I think the hotel became strogly overpriced compared to our last visit. The walls between the rooms are so thin, noises of private life of neighbours was disturbing. Regarding these experiences we decreased rating to 8 points. :(

Breakfast is amazing! Room is very comfortable and nice! Everything was clean. I have been to other hotels in Prague in the city center with the comparable price but this one was far better! Not comparable at all! It is very convenient to get to the city center, and we actually enjoyed that it is a little bit away from the center so we could relax and have a feeling of enjoying the atmosphere. There is a forest and you can walk there and enjoy birds singing anytime during the day.

There was some dust inside the cups inside the room so we wash them before using, it was not a big deal, just some notes for future improvement.
