Drinking water dispensers in the hallway. I don't like to bother staff for something as trivial as a water refill so I definitely appreciate them having that self-service option for guests. Also, I didn't expect the breakfast to be buffet style so that's also a plus. Overall, great value for your money. The staff was polite and helpful about my concerns when I checked in.

The ACU in the first room they gave me upon check-in couldn't get cold enough (room with windows), so I requested to be transferred to another room (no windows but I didn't mind). Shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispenser was not refilled but good thing I brought my own shampoo and bath soap. I would also appreciate it if there were disposable slippers included in the room the next time around.

For a budget hotel, it meets the expectations for a short comfortable stay. No fuss, and straightforward rooms. Not much embellishments. Small rooms, but the high ceilings are great. Cozy at best. I do like the communal water dispenser oddly enough, as I can drink as much potable water as I need.

The biggest shock is that some rooms have no windows. Booking.com does not have a way to discern what rooms you can book. They SHOULD have different rates. It's is not fair that some rooms have them and some don't for the same price. Music is great in the common corridors, but can be audible in the rooms slightly. Beside the noted water dispenser are tables where guests dump garbage and plates. It's kind of unsightly especially when it doesn't get cleaned immediately. Evidence of mini cockroaches are apparent.

I always stay at Figtree when I'm i Iloilo and I love how clean the rooms are. The breakfast was also nice since it's a buffet. There's also in-room intercom so it was easy to contact the reception.

When I arrived, it was late but the room still didnt have the towel. It took them a while to give me one and hence it took me time also to wait until I could shower and have the night's rest. Might have been overlooked but I hope they make sure that everything is ready before sending the guests to the room.

This is my second time booking in this hotel. It says a lot if one decided to book the same hotel twice. I really liked my stay here the first time. There is a very minor inconvenience this second time but overall good stay still.

My room was not reached by the wifi signal. I already talked about this with the staff but still can’t be fixed by the ‘reset’. There seems to be no wifi repeater near my room. Don’t get any rooms near 313.

Reasonable, adequate hotel offering a central location to Iloilo’s newer area of downtown, roomy rooms, and all of the standard amenities you’d expect. The breakfast is a solid buffet-style with limited options, and the staff was fine albeit without the normal high level of helpfulness and friendliness I’ve come to expect in the Philippines. This is a clean, solid lodging option.

Terrible WiFi! Can’t understand why a hotel doesn’t invest in a decent high capacity system in this modern world where not having good WiFi service is such an irritant 😥

I stay here quite often because of the convenience of the location when I have errands in the city. It's really a barebones hotel but great bones! Rooms are kept clean, well appointed although interior rooms can feel cramped. Breakfast is acceptable and makes the entire thing a really great deal!

A bunch of us had to wait 1.5 hours later than designated check in time for some reason. Lots of disgruntled guests at the lobby that day. Weird.

What I like about this hotel is the Cleanliness. And most importantly is the value of the money. Nice food. It is also in a good location near malls and restaurants and other amenities like spa and bar

What I didn't like is the minimum professionalism of the personnel. The personnel at the lobby don't have a good personality. Some personnel while cleaning are using their phone. They are not courteous. The shower doesn't have pressure. Not a sound proof room.

The staff were helpful and accommodating, hotel is easy to locate, the rooms were clean. We are 8 pax and I booked 4 rooms. We are satisfied with our stay. We are able to rest well. I like their free breakfast, too. Keep up the good work!

Nothing really. I suggest that they provide foot towels or foot rags so that we can maintain the cleanliness of our room and prevent from making it wet.

It was a small room, perfect for someone traveling alone. The room was cool, the AC worked perfectly, and I was able to sleep well—the bed was comfy.

The pressure on the bidet is uncomfortable. It felt like a pressure washer and was actually painful to use. The breakfast (cold food) was also quite subpar.

The location is very convenient and accessible to all.

The 3in1 at the bathroom (shampoo, conditioner, bath soap) is not good. I mean, to at least the bath soap is separated. No vanity kit. No face towel. The bath curtain is quite high which didn't prevent the flooring not to get wet. No Smart TV Complimentary drink (water) is at the hall way. There should be a bottled water for 2 inside the room. No slippers.
