Checkin was good. Staff was friendly and professional. Breakfast was wonderful. Different selections both days we were there and coffee was wonderful. Love that they had the bottled pump creamers and not the tiny little half n half cups. Otis Spunkmeyer muffins are always a treat to see. Room was very quiet and having a mini fridge is essential for us staying more than 1 night. We had a very comfortable chair in the room (different than the desk and chair set) and it was perfect to sit and read or just relax. King bed was decently comfortable. Room and bathroom were clean. Loved the modern bathroom and glass shower doors. Lighting was great in the bathroom too. Overall the stay was pleasant, building and location were great. We've stayed in 3 hotels in Southport and this one was by far our favorite for location comfort and privacy. Will stay here again.

$40 hold on my card for potential snacks was annoying. Had to request soap for washing hands at the sink and was given the same body wash that's in the shower so that was odd but it worked. Needed to request more toilet paper and towels once we got in the room because there was enough for 1 day for 1 person. Glad I brought my own pillow. Theirs do not support your head at all. The shower door handle is seriously about to fall off. Needs tightened. And as much as I loved the roomy shower, the design is odd. Have to step in to turn the water on and no time to get out of the way because the shower hits right there where you're standing. Other than that, it's a great shower.

The room was spacious and clean. It was quiet at night.

The houskeeping staff only brought clean towels every other day, but did not even empty the trash when they came in. I had to hunt up additional toilet paper and kleenex and we had to empty the trash ourselves. The breakfast items for the most part were tasteless and very bland. Only the oatmeal and make your own waffles were worth eating. The boxed cereal was stale. Very disappointed in the breakfast offerings.

The room was very spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. We had everything we needed in our room. A small fridge, microwave, iron and board, and a hair dryer. There were plenty of outlets to charge our devices, and we loved the large tv.

We stayed 3 nights and the downside I saw was, unless your requested, your room was not cleaned.... And no one told us that. So the second day when we came back, no clean towels, the trash had not been emptied. So I went down to the front desk, they told me. This should be disclosed when you check in.

Clean, comfortable and spacious rooms. Great location for checking out the Southport and Wilmington areas.

The breakfast buffet was limited and not well stocked. The workers at the buffet seemed less concerned about meeting the guests needs and more concerned about snacking themselves. It was also dirtier than I appreciated (the breakfast area).

Good size room, the bed was so comfortable. Brilliant choice of items for breakfast. Great location for us visiting family. The lady (sorry I didn’t get her name, she finished work at 11pm) on reception that checked us in, was fantastic, warm, friendly and very welcoming. Will definitely stay again.

No housekeeping during our 3 night stay. However if we needed clean towels could get some from the front desk

Really loved the staff, location, and cleanliness of the hotel. The rooms were massive and allowed plenty of space for our family of 4 to enjoy the vacation! Would definitely recommend or stay again!

The pillows were pretty awful. My daughter and I did not sleep well with them and would have preferred stiffer pillows.

paid through booking.com a third party. right after we checked in a walk in guest got their room for $50 less! I asked desk attendant and she said the rates cannot be changed if booked ahead and they have to work with the pricing that they see at time of guest arrival. Soooo it cost me a lot more than the couple that walked in and got a double room five minutes after. and oh this was our return stay at the property in less than two weeks as we return home to Connecticut.

Relatively new facility. Very clean. Staff very professional and friendly. Room very clean, bed and pillows very comfortable. Hot water in the shower and multiple towel sets. Good breakfast. Easy location to find. Would stay here again.

When I checked in, the employee made sure I was signed into the Bonvoy program.

Exiting the hotel onto the main road is tedious. If I needed to turn left, I would make a right turn then turn into the next lot that had a stoplight so that I felt safer making the left turn.

The staff was accommodated. They actually started serving breakfast earlier due to baseball teams needing to be at fields early. The breakfast area offered plenty . The rooms were clean along with the hotel. Check in and out were easy and the staff was friendly. It was very nice place to stay close to downtown Southport, NC which looked so amazing and had a lot cute places to shop and eat.

The pillows were too soft and the bathroom had a weird smell when we 1st got there.
