After a long overnight trip we were able to come and check right in with no waiting, problems or hassles. All the staff were wonderful, eg, the front desk, housekeeping, and the breakfast hostess. I was really impressed when I walked through the room door and saw my name on the TV screen welcoming me. The beds were very comfy, the decor in the room was simply beautiful, and I really enjoyed the workout room with all new Peloton equipment. Lastly, I really enjoyed the hot variety breakfast that was provided daily, eg, scrambled eggs or omelette, sausage links, patty, and/or smoked sausage, pancakes with a choice of fruit toppings, nuts, chocolate chips, whipped cream, and syrup. Also, there was fruit, cereal, yogurt, pastries, toast and bagels, milk, juice, tea and coffee.

There was an issue with the bedding. However, the issue was immediately corrected by the manager. The outside of the building is a little outdated. You could use a little outside renovations to the new and updated look on the inside. Also, I didn’t like the fact that my tire was sliced in the parking lot with an ice peak by someone on this property.

Quiet, Clean, Comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Great Fitness center, free parking, good breakfast and TV selection as well. Good location right off the highway and close enough to food, stores, etc. Was there a night before a cruise, and definitely was a better value to stay here about 25-30 minutes away from the port rather than staying in downtown New Orleans which would most likely require paid parking, no free breakfast, higher rate, etc. LaPlace had everything we needed for a 15-hour overnight stay.

Upon entering the property, Ms. Vicki (head of housekeeping) greeted me with a big, bright smile (which is a rarity these days) as she was mopping the foyer. She was AMAZINGLY pleasant! Ju at the front desk made checking-in FUN! MOST IMPORTANTLY, the property was EXTREMELY CLEAN and I didn’t have to beg for face towels as there were enough to last through our stay. When visiting Nola, this will always be my hotel of choice!

Can’t find a single thing wrong

They have very clean rooms and bathrooms and comfortable bed.

I did not like it that they charged me tax again after I paid the tax thru Booking.com due to the fact that booking .com does NOT pay the taxes after they make you pay them. It is not right you have to pay taxes 2 times. I did complain and I was refunded to $20.00 they charged but it took a while and management did not want to refund. SO IF YOU BOOK THRU BOOKING.COM PAY AT THE HOTEL!!!

It was clean the beds are comfortable

I don’t like the toilet was to low need to upgrade. The elevator needs to be maintained properly because we got trapped on it for over 8 minutes. Breakfast was good but more variety can be added

The breakfast was great, it had a wonderful variety of food! The beds were very comfortable that lead to a good nights sleep. The staff was quite pleasant and we felt safe.

Could not find fault with anything.

The hotel was convenient and very nice.

There was no laundry area on the first floor and that the elevator was a little scary and loud. It hesitated to open up once you get to the floor. I just took the stairs.

It was clean, the beds were comfortable, the breakfast ok. It was right off the interstate.

I really don’t have any complaints about the property.

Bed and pillows were comfortable to my taste. Room and bathroom were clean. Breakfast was good enough with egg, sausage, biscuits, hot oatmeal and bunch of other items.
