I can agree for the price it was very nice I had paid more at hotels that was dumps the lady that was working nights made us fresh pot coffee that was do good for us to go work late loved it here

Only thing I can say I did not like would have been how pack it was even on a weekday full of workers but nice ppl even with app them ppl was very quiet late hours

What a cute, funky little room! Fabulous high ceilings with an arch between the sleeping space and the sitting room. Interesting NOLA-inspired art on the walls. Bright lighting in the bathroom. Nice to have a couch and a table with chair (not a desk). Breakfast was better than average, a mix of hot and cold foods.

I was allllll the way down the hall on the first floor, and the wifi worked well enough to send an email, but not well enough to videochat with my family. May have been the time of day I was there, but the traffic was insane (due to construction, maybe?). The hotel sits on a divided highway, so you spend a lot of time making U-turns and back tracking. Not particularly convenient to FQ or Mid-City NOLA, somewhat more convenient to Kenner/airport.

Very nice and helpful staff. Julie and Racheal were exceptional!!They made me and my family feel like home including my fur babies. Rooms were spacious and clean as picture. Facility was clean on inside and outside as pictured. Great experience and fair pricing.

I can honestly say there wasn't anything to complain about

The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. The continental breakfast was pretty decent. The rooms were very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

There was a lot of noise from the hall that could be heard in the rooms. The entrance light did not work but we just left the bathroom light on with the door opened some.

The pool & pool area were always kept so clean. The breakfast was great, had just what we needed. Staff was always friendly.

The only thing I could say was that the pool was only open 11a-8pm. Our last night there we did see people in a little later so we went to hang out, but not for long. Longer pool times would be nice.

Lighting in the room was lamps only, no overhead lighting, so it was a little dark.

The location was perfect. Close to family. Loved the pet friendly option as that lacks many places these days. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was nice but the waffle maker was a bit of a pain and didn’t work very well. Excellent price.

The waffle maker at the breakfast station didn’t heat the waffles enough and they stuck to the cast iron.

I had a problem with my room at first and Ms.Paige assured me she would look into it. She did just that and they even gave me a suite in the place of my original booking. I definitely appreciate the staff❤️

At the check in the representative could not find the second room I booked days ago, and I had to pay extra to book another room. The next morning I received a message saying that the second room was cancelled because my colleague didn't show up ( he was there with me at the check in). Nobody apologized or offered to refund the difference in cost between the two rooms.
