The breakfast was good, and the facilities were clean.

I would rate the hotel 4.5 out of 5. We stayed here because it was pet friendly. I didn’t see anything about an extra charge, but there was a $50 charge. Initially they charged us $100 but refunded $50 when we asked. We are new pet owners & perhaps the charge is expected. We didn’t anticipate it. The room had only 2 towels, wash clothes, & hand towels in the bathroom. Extras were readily available, but we had to ask for some & go get them. It just felt cheap. I expected better.

The room was very clean. The staff was very friendly and prompt when we needed something. The breakfast was just okay but we appreciated the convenience.

Bring your own shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. The hotel's was better than nothing but low quality. I'd usually bring my own but this time I was trying to bring as little as possible.

The location was phenomenal, breakfast was tasty and liked that they changed it up. Front desk staff was great and accommodating.

The housekeeping didn’t clean our room the entire stay and we had to ask for more towels and tissue. There was a miscommunication but the manager handled the issue.

It’s essentially a glorified motel, but the rooms are comfortable and impeccably clean, with good quality modern furniture and a sumptuous comfy bed. Breakfast was free and whilst not brilliant…. well, as I say it was free. The reception staff were all pleasant and helpful.

it’s essentially a glorified motel. Free wifi kept dropping off such that it was not really that useful. Making customers pay extra for more reliable wifi is frankly demeaning to Hilton’s reputation in an age when even cheap places worldwide manage a good, free service. Fir what it was, it was expensive.

Kindness of front desk at check in; very efficient. Facility was great all around. Breakfast was very good! Facility is very clean! Shampoo, conditioner, body was and lotion in large quantity in the room.

Quite a walk to the room, though because it is a large hotel. Small pool. Could not access from outside.

The customer service rep Kara was so amazing she was really polite and friendly. She made sure we knew everything when checking in what was offer durning our stay. The bed was very cozy.

Not enough towels only was 2 big towels and 2 small towels when booking for 4 people should have more towels ahead of time.

The location was great. Not downtown, easy parking and easy to get anywhere quickly. Rooms were comfy and clean. It was quiet. Staff was very friendly!

Really not much. Wished they had bacon for breakfast but that's a minor "annoyance." It was a bit on the pricey side but then again its Narlens and it was Thanksgiving....

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Comfortable rooms, great location, and feel safe to walk in the parking lot. It has a good breakfast and a nice place to sit and enjoy reading or talking in the lobby.

Really don't have any dislikes. I have to visit there every so often to see my granddaughter and will continue to stay there.

This place was very clean, beds comfortable, checking in and out was very quick. The location was good (didn't feel sketchy like some places closer to the French quarter) and they had a great breakfast selection available in the morning. Would definitely stay here again!

The hospitality- the front desk lady was amazing and so was the on duty housekeeper Elisa. They were helpful, kind and just amazing.

My bed was sunk-in in the middle, uncomfortable but I was so tired I didn’t have the energy to bother with it.
