This hotel is very near to 2nd Entry of Lonavala, say after Khandala entry of express way. We have reached early so we have to wait for the room but they have given us the room at 12 noon where as check-in was at 2 pm. Check-in was very smooth. Rooms are quite spacious for 2 but with 3rd bed it will be full. Not much space left. There is not much view from hotel. Ours was facing express way. Room has all the amenities required. Bed is quite comfortable and king size. Cleaning staff was very helpful. They were ready to help if you want cleaning more then once, they are ready with smile. They have given us many more water bottles due to hot temperature. They have very beautiful spa. We have used that. Masseurs are quite professional and understand our requirement. One can try this. They have wide variety in breakfast. You get south India, north Indian and continental breakfast. Service is also good and fast. Stewards are ready to help. We appreciate ‘Urvashi’ at the restaurant. She was very helpful. Book hotel with breakfast only. We have not taken lunch/dinner so can’t comment. Overall good hotel to stay with good service.

They do have swimming pool but very small in size. Some recreational games are there but very limited. They have air hockey but not working properly. They keep some activities in the evening but when we reached, no one was there.

Though hotel did meet our expectations with good food, good room size and utilities items kept in room, ambience was ok, staff was good. But this place looked more friendly for corporate use.

Specifically the sports area which was very badly maintained with so much moisture that we could not spend 5 minutes also in that area. We do not appreciate this as stay with family would mean children wanting to use such facilities. Moreover, the gates remained opened which was a big no as this is prone to security issues.

Location is excellent. It is near to city centre. The surounding is calm and peacefull. Few rooms have beautifull view of mountains. Staff is very polite. Hospitality excellent. The pool area is very nive. They have hot water Jakuzzi too beside the pool, which gives a very relaxing experience. A big green lawn to play cricket, badminton etc. There is indoor paly area too. Spa is also available. The rooms are very spacious. The food and breakfast is very nice. Excellent stay at comparatively lower tarrif.

breakfast and dinner had ample options and nice taste, location was also good, the view was mountain view and peaceful, and staff was very polite and nice. room was clean too and spacious. enjoyed the corn and tea at the entrance which was such a nice touch! enjoyed the game area facilities as well along with the spa and gym.

If you are travelling between Pune and Mumbai and need to break the journey then this is a great location. The hotel wasn't the easiest to find from the main road, but it was raining heavily and was dark! The food was good, I had the buffet and both the Thai green curry and non-veg Indian options were very nice. Breakfast was OK. Overall the hotel is very good, it has the feel of a nice hotel trying to be a really nice hotel nd just falling short but overall happy with the stay.

The suite was not worth spending 15k per night, the kids play area not well designed for kids between the age of 6-12. Spa was average. And the location is little outside Lonavla.

Size of the room - we had a suite so a lounge, bedroom, cot, bathroom with tub - balcony with excellent mountain views. It was really lovely. The air was clean, no need for AC or even the fan! The food in the restaurant was excellent and the waiters were very attentive

more non-veg choices at breakfast, AC was too high in the restaurant, the rooms need a little revamp in the colour scheme as brown/cream is quite dated now

Staff was helpful. Room was comfortable. Food was great. Overall a nice stay for 2 days.

Cleanliness was a challenge. Could see dust beneath the fridge and there was dampness in washroom since it had no exhaust fan to dry it up. Made it sticky. Location was a challenge considering rains, which made it difficult to get local transport to reach the center
