This hotel is very near to 2nd Entry of Lonavala, say after Khandala entry of express way. We have reached early so we have to wait for the room but they have given us the room at 12 noon where as check-in was at 2 pm. Check-in was very smooth. Rooms are quite spacious for 2 but with 3rd bed it will be full. Not much space left. There is not much view from hotel. Ours was facing express way. Room has all the amenities required. Bed is quite comfortable and king size. Cleaning staff was very helpful. They were ready to help if you want cleaning more then once, they are ready with smile. They have given us many more water bottles due to hot temperature. They have very beautiful spa. We have used that. Masseurs are quite professional and understand our requirement. One can try this. They have wide variety in breakfast. You get south India, north Indian and continental breakfast. Service is also good and fast. Stewards are ready to help. We appreciate ‘Urvashi’ at the restaurant. She was very helpful. Book hotel with breakfast only. We have not taken lunch/dinner so can’t comment. Overall good hotel to stay with good service.

They do have swimming pool but very small in size. Some recreational games are there but very limited. They have air hockey but not working properly. They keep some activities in the evening but when we reached, no one was there.

Though hotel did meet our expectations with good food, good room size and utilities items kept in room, ambience was ok, staff was good. But this place looked more friendly for corporate use.

Specifically the sports area which was very badly maintained with so much moisture that we could not spend 5 minutes also in that area. We do not appreciate this as stay with family would mean children wanting to use such facilities. Moreover, the gates remained opened which was a big no as this is prone to security issues.

Location is excellent. It is near to city centre. The surounding is calm and peacefull. Few rooms have beautifull view of mountains. Staff is very polite. Hospitality excellent. The pool area is very nive. They have hot water Jakuzzi too beside the pool, which gives a very relaxing experience. A big green lawn to play cricket, badminton etc. There is indoor paly area too. Spa is also available. The rooms are very spacious. The food and breakfast is very nice. Excellent stay at comparatively lower tarrif.

If you are travelling between Pune and Mumbai and need to break the journey then this is a great location. The hotel wasn't the easiest to find from the main road, but it was raining heavily and was dark! The food was good, I had the buffet and both the Thai green curry and non-veg Indian options were very nice. Breakfast was OK. Overall the hotel is very good, it has the feel of a nice hotel trying to be a really nice hotel nd just falling short but overall happy with the stay.

1. Most staff at the Restaurant and none of the staff at the Front Desk / Reception were wearing their MASKS. 2. The area just outside the hotel boundary wall on the side facing the highway was full of LITTER. There was a DIRTY Pond next to the Hotel wall and full of filth. Pics attached.

Size of the room - we had a suite so a lounge, bedroom, cot, bathroom with tub - balcony with excellent mountain views. It was really lovely. The air was clean, no need for AC or even the fan! The food in the restaurant was excellent and the waiters were very attentive

more non-veg choices at breakfast, AC was too high in the restaurant, the rooms need a little revamp in the colour scheme as brown/cream is quite dated now

This is the beautiful property situated at valvan. When we reach it was raining n the view from the balcony was mesmerising n put of the world. The food was good n service was great. Every staff is hardworking. Special mention Hema from the reception n rajat n Rajesh from the restaurant n even security person help to pick up n drop the luggage. Now coming to the room Hezal sweet suit room was huge having bathtub slide door bathroom, separate room for TV n sofa was there to enjoy. Balcony for the beautiful view n big king-size bedroom which was quite good. Everything is good about this hotel only my request for late checkout was unheard.

Some of the staff was giving attitude but I ignored them as I enjoyed my stay here.

Cleanliness was a challenge. Could see dust beneath the fridge and there was dampness in washroom since it had no exhaust fan to dry it up. Made it sticky. Location was a challenge considering rains, which made it difficult to get local transport to reach the center

Nice and comfortable stay. The Fern never lets you down. If you are looking for a good comfortable stay with nice rooms, amenities, indoor games, a nice pool, this is the place. the location is easily accessible too. The breakfast spread was good and tasty too. Just go for it without any second thoughts.

Nothing at all. Everything is good and no complains whatsoever I can think of.
