I had an amazing experience at this homestay! The host was incredibly welcoming and ensured that everything was comfortable throughout my stay. The room was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, with all the essential amenities provided. The location was perfect and peaceful.

One downside was the strict swimming pool rules — wearing a proper swimsuit was mandatory, and wearing jerseys was wasn't allowed as well. It would have been better if they were more flexible.

The beds were comfy. Some basic amenities like shampoo & soap were provided. Water pressure was good and the heater worked well, which we appreciate considering the cold weather. The owner was also friendly & helpful, communication was easy.

The house has strong musty smell, and also felt a bit dusty, like it hasn't been vacanted for some time. We need to keep opening the windows and AC for the whole stay since the smell didn't go away. Towels need to be changed, they're old and worn out. Needs to add more garbage bins, esp in toilets. The house got stains on the walls & curtains so it doesn't exactly felt really comfortable. The master bedroom's window needs baby proofing. We were all adults and felt like it was dangerous, more so for babies I believe.

Everything. it was awesome, the people were friendly. the host was super friendly and understanding. it was very safe and clean and perfect. very nice views and place to stay in.

the futons provided were not as what we expected.

everything is good. Enough bed for 8 person, extra mattress and pillow. Property provide all the utilities, tv with many channel, shampoo and shower gel for every bathroom and most important super duper high speed Wi-Fi.

No curtain for small window at living room, people can see from outside at night. sorry for taking out your sofa cover, we need to diy curtain because of aurat issue.

Everything in the apartment is complete, clean and comfortable. I like the swimming pool, gym room and playground.

The location is hard to found the shop, restaurant and grab car.

Nice place for family stay. Quite clean, nice view facing the playground/swimming Pool. Ok la, level 4, not too high, not too low. Interesting internal deco. Even wifi is available, tv working using Long tv, children loves the room besides the kitchen. Stools at the balcony are great 👍, can see the night live n watch the kids play below.

Confused in the parking basement, anyhow, there were plenty of space for the residents. The location quite far from the main road but once the development besides the area is completed, no worries anymore on the road lighting at night.

2nd heater - water not hot

The place was big enough to fit us all (11pax). Loved the elevated platform beds.

It was further inside than I thought, and it was a bumpy road full of holes with lorries passing through carrying earth (but I think once that is done, the road would be better).

Nice view from balcony. The room is clean and tidy Check in/check out process very easy.

Only one dustbin available. Hope can put more dustbin in bedroom/bathroom

The facilities are complete as advertised, it has 2 proper rooms with aircond. While quite many that claim they hv 2 rooms - actually beds are in living area. This unit on the other hand has 2 rooms - both with aircond. Also provided extra beddings & towels. Clean sheets 😊

Overall a comfortable stay, will recommend an upkeep cause as time goes by, the standard wear and tear starts to be visible..😊
