This property was very comfortable and filled with extras such as a coffee machine, pods, tea bags, milk and shower products. There was a tv and comfortable lounge area. You could use the washing machine and laundry detergent for free. There was plenty of space and somewhere to park your car. It has been the best place we have stayed traveling by far especially considering the price point. The host was so helpful and kind with recommendations. It was a true holiday destination. Picnic bay is a quiet area however it has a local brewery and Italian restaurant within walking distance. We hired a car across the road to explore the island but it is not necessary as the bus stop is nearby.

We were able to text our host direct and arrange for the keys to be collected. Communication was easy.

We liked everything about our stay. The Villa was close to the water at Picnic Bay. Inside the Villa was fresh and all you could need in a kitchen was there for our use. There was plenty of space for hanging of clothes. Fans worked brilliantly and beds were comfortable.

Moira the host and her team were most helpful, both before we travelled and during our stay. The fresh beach and bath towels were a bonus. Picnic Bay is very peaceful as was this accommodation,

We'd have liked better cooking equipment but mostly ate out.

Great spot we found here. 1 minute walk to beach area in Picnic bay. Host was super accommodating, and our apartment was fab, great facilities like coffee machine, big tv, pool, cooking equipment. Very spacious too. Also helped us that the bus stop was so close too so made travelling around magnetic really easy

Nothing, everything was great

Large spacious unit, easy check in and good communication. Really comfy bed, and excellent quiet location. Short walk to bus stop, beach, restaurants etc.

Not really an issue but I forgot oil for cooking and there wasn't any provided. A couple more basic cooking items like that would be good.

The location was perfect with only a short walk to the beach,, stinger net, hotel, cafe/restaurant and craft brewery. Beautiful quiet bay for beach walking. Small cafe Mama Roma did their best to create evening, alfresco ambience with a simple menu but good food. Only light traffic on nearby roads and a few minutes to Foodworks for any groceries and the ferry terminal at Nelly Bay for the trip home.

Parking was good for small cars. Had to be careful in bay 3 to avoid a large rock and posts when reversing out with a larger 4WD vehicle..

The location and ease to get there.

Lighting at night. The external lights are not on sensors and remain on all night. Unfortunately for us the blinds in the lounge room and bedroom of the apartment we stayed in did not block out the light so it was very bright and like sleeping with the lights on.

It's a good location, not far from the Jetty, the facilities are all excellent, clean and comfy. Everything you need is there, complete and hassle free. You get what you see in the picture. The owner are friendly and accommodating.♥️♥️♥️♥️

The appartement was spaceous, nice feel on the premessis.

everything is quite shaded and a bit “boxed” because of high fences around every appartement. this gives privacy which is nice but an area with a wider view would make it perfect. Picknick bay is not the most beautiful part but with a car it was nice in a way: a reason to go about this beautiful island and a bus stop is very nearby.

The Picnic Bay location was very nice! 5 minutes to the beach with a stinger net, ideal. Very quiet location. Very friendly staff. The appliances in the apartment were good, even a pod coffee machine!
