It was easy to find. Within driving distance of a shopping centre to access food for dinner.

The property was good but that was dragged down by guests two rooms away who sat up until 3am talking, laughing loudly and drinking outside. I had driven many hours that day & was very tired but got little rest. I did not complain via an after hours number bc I had no desire to be labelled as a racist due to their nationality. Shortly after arriving that afternoon their toddler child was throwing stones at my car!

It was overall a very pleasant stay - the bed was big and super comfortable. After hours checkin was easy to navigate and staff were very helpful. I also rate the location - super close to shops (farmers market, cafes, maccas) and close enough (10 or so min drive) to the Townsville University Hospital.

The WiFi wasn't the best and continually dropped in / out (the wifi was free though, so this is by no means a dealbreaker imo).

I arrived late however I was greeted by the reception who I am assuming is the owner and Geoff. Geoff’s greeting was warm friendly and he couldn’t have been more helpful. I was very tired after a long drive and to be met by a pleasant reception was amazing. My room was spotless, and had everything I needed for an overnight stay. The shower pressure was bliss. The bed was so comfy and had a great night sleep. the room was so quiet I didn’t hear the early workers getting ready to leave. I slept till 9.00am. I will definitely stay here on my way back and in the future. I was really impressed with this motel especially for the price.

The friendly staff and over all a pleasant stay and great location for my reason for staying. Medical reasons. Thankyou so very much. Definitely will stay again if needed to be in Townsville ❣️

Was a little loud only due to tounge children playing rather late, however respected my response to the time and noise with no issues. X

The rooms in the apartment were very spacious which we found relaxing. The decor was fresh and quiet. The apartment was very well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, proper fridge freezer, etc. Very helpful staff.

Clothes hanging space was more than adequate but it would have been useful to have drawers as well. In the bathroom there was little space to put things down. As this was an apartment equipped for the disabled, it would have been handy to have a grab rail for walking out of the shower area. From the disabled point of view, everything else in the bathroom was perfect.

The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The bed was clean and comfortable and the AC and fans made the temp in the room very nice compared to what was outside (30*C+ and over 90% humidity when we where there. We were able to park very close the the room which was convenient and made life easy for us. The staff were friendly and very helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them and all we needed to do was ask. One down point was that there wasn't enough cooking gear (pots and pans) for our needs but this was fixed with a cheerful set of pots from the local KMart which we left behind to help out the next person. The room price was reasonable and pretty good value all up. A bonus was that there was a Woolies and a Coles close by so all our supermarket needs were met very well. We'd stay again for sure.

Conveniently located near multiple food vendors and testing shopping centre. Also not far from the hospital which was why we were in Townsville. Room was clean and tidy with all the essentials provided for.

The car park wasn’t secured and could have been easy access for car theives. Was also a little noisy being close to other people and the pool was behind us

Chosen specifically for the location as it is close to the golf course and there are lots of food options nearby. Shopping centres are not far away either. Room was exactly what we needed and would have no hesitation staying there when required again.

Exceeded expectations, only issue was late on my last night the TV Netflix connection froze and stayed frozen, so I couldn't log out of my account and try something else - and I was mid movie. It was possibly the universe reminding me I had an early flight and had to go to bed. I will definitely have you on the top of my list next time I come to Townsville

Clean and comfortable, roomy, lots of cooking facilities for a motel room

Only a small thing - there were still some small containers left in the fridge meaning it hadn’t been wiped out and the blanket was quite dirty looking. Possibly just stains but looked dirty nonetheless. Everything else was great.
