Spacious and neat room with airconditioning. There is a generator that kicked in during “load shedding” (frequent power outage), so I was able to use my computer. The breakfast was great and the staff professional and friendly.

The wooden doors of the room are a bit stiff to open/close, due to the weather. Nobody’s fault. There is seriously nothing else that I did not like during my stay.

The staff were a delight. We were welcome warmly by Riana/Rihana (not sure of the spelling). They are responsive even before the trip to attend to any requirements and I had dietary requirements which were handled well. The room was comfortable with everything we needed

I was in room B3 and the Aircon is old and had annoying noise. Luckily I did not need it a lot as the temperature was 19-22 degrees that weekend.

Our stay at Del Roza was such a treat, just such a pity that it was so short. The guest house is really beautiful, feels like a French Villa. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and it was warm and cozy when we arrived at a very cold night, that was so thoughtful of you, thank you. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was so tasty. For a few hours we felt like we were transformed to another world. 10/10 for sure!

The effort they go in to make your stay incredibly comfortable. walked into an already heated room as it was one of our coldest nights. Staff are so friendly and unfortunately i ran late because i was so relaxed in the room, so never got to eat breakfast. This is my permanent business guest house from now onwards. On my departure, i Was surprised to find out that they actually serve dinner. This is a definite bonus as am not a fan of takeaway foods but it was too late so will remember for next time. I Love to support locals, so well done to this little gem in Middelburg. Beautiful spot.

Exceptional customer service. Travelled to run Loskop marathon. 1. The guest house made sure we had a runner friendly early morning breakfast. 2 The location was perfect..less than 500 metres to the start line 3. My room was spotless and very spacious 4 Covered parking was offered on site. 5. Great wifi connection 6. Friendly and helpful staff members, there was someone on duty at 3:30am to take orders for breakfast.

The warm reception we got from Rolene (hopefully I spelled the name right). She welcomed us with warm hands and even offered us some coffee and tea since it was a bit cold and wet when we checked in as it was raining at that time. The rooms are beautiful and spacious with their delicious breakfast in the morning.

The room was nice, and the breakfast was very good. I was only there overnight but the short stay was good.

Just the free Wi-Fi which seemed to not be very strong in or just outside my room. It also kept saying Connected without Internet.

The way they went out of their way to make an early breakfast for all the runners, impressive. The apartment is very close to the start of the Loskop Marathon, just a walking distance. The staff was just amazing 👏🏼. Loved the delicious 😋 breakfast.

The receptionist was super friendly and welcoming. The location was easy to find and close to the city and the mall. I had a restful sleep in a lovely queen size bed with an extra blanked which was very thoughtful as the nights are getting colder.

Del Roza is a beautiful guest house situated in a quiet location although close to the centre of Middelburg. Just across form Middelburg Hoerskool. Rooms are well equipped. Large comfy bed. Wifi and TV. Coffee making facilities. Room only had a shower but more than enough for a weekend stay. Breakfast was plentiful and well prepared. Lovely gardens and pool for your enjoyment. It would be the ideal pit stop on your way to the Kruger National Park Definitely would recommend
