staffs are kind and approachable 24/7... 🙂 our car was safely parked. may basement... walking distance lang from burnham park... may smoking area sa roofdeck... i can say it's a home kc may sink, cabinets, spoon/fork, cups, glasses, plates, ref, toiletries at water heater for coffee and shower... diko na napansin kung may lutuan kc diko naging concern since maraming kainan sa labas 🤣

may time limit lang sa parking area para magsara ung gate in the late evening... pero in a way it is for the safety of guests and vehicles... so it is still a good thing...

All the staffs were very helpful. The location was perfect. Overall, the stay was pleasant. I just didn't get the PWD and senior discounts coz I booked online. Next time , I'll book directly to enjoy discounts. Will recommend

The water supply was insufficient esp in the morning when everyone is rushing. one light bulb was flickering. Took me twice to report before action was taken

Travelled with kids and the suite provided us the convenience and comfort just like what we have at home. Very near to city sites - walkable if you're up to it. The equipped kitchen allowed us to cook and properly eat some meals when we didn't feel eating out. The staff were very accommodating and lent us rice cooker and extra frying pan.

I know it sounds whiny coz travelling should bring inconvenience, out of your comfort zone. But we always look for fully equipped kitchen when renting out a place however they don't have microwave contrary to what was advertised. So be advised. Had to reheat leftover food using frying pans/rice cooker but fortunate we still have these appliances to cook food with. Nonetheless, we still had a great time at this place.

Main bedroom in unit 1A has no windows and there’s mold in the bathroom wall. I checked other units and all seems good. Maybe because it’s located on the ground floor.

Room was very spacious with good beds in the two bedrooms and a decent kitchen and large living room area good view from the good size terrace. quiet side street and very walkable area to restaurants and markets and Burnham Park. The staff are super nice and helpful. parking is off the street with good size spaces.

Location was good. Right in the city center. Easy access to recommended resto. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

The property could have screen doors and windows so that the cold weather of Baguio could easily enter the rooms and guests will enjoy the cold temperature as well as prevent mosquitoes from entering.

The room is spacious and has its own CR. It also has a mini kitchen to cook food (suggest having a rice cooker as well to cook rice :)) and have coffee. We love the overlooking balcony as well. It looked and felt so clean all throughout our stay. The location is very accessible as it's just walking distance to Burnham Park and the Night Market.

Charity, the front desk/receptionist was very responsive to all my questions even before our stay. She was very helpful when we checked in and she always have a lovely smile and always ready to help. The room is spacious. There's a small balcony. No aircondition, but it's fine, when in Baguio, you'll not need an AC. The room was clean and utensils and plates were provided. Hot and cold shower available. Location was convenient. Short walk to Good Taste and other restaurants, as well as Burnham Park. Quiet and safe location.

The location was very good. Close to Burham Park and SM Bagio. The room was comfortable and clean. The wifi was good, about 40mbps so enough for me to work remotely and stream some movies. Each bed had 4 pillows which was great! The facility is older and showing wear but clean and well maintained. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and will stay again in the future.

Our family room was spacious and clean, I also liked that there is a safe parking space for our car. The facility is well secured and protected from outsiders using a biometric access. Also, Charity was so helpful with all our needs and even helped us with our luggage.

The water pressure seems to drop down at some point in the morning and consequently the water heaters do not operate on low pressured water flow.
