The place was very clean and looked pretty new, although the smell on the 3rd floor hallway was very strange like there was mildew (maybe due to it being rather warm in the hallway) but once we got into our room, the AC was blowing very cold so our room felt great! The beds were comfortable although the sheets on one of beds was very worn out. The breakfast was typical LQ style breakfasts and was very decent (waffles, bacon, biscuits with gravy etc). Overall, we had a great stay! Front desk ladies were very kind and always helpful.

The pool was closed the day we were there and they did not tell us until we went to go to the pool. My grandkids were with us and they so was wanting to swim, and if we had known when we checked in that the pool was not gonna be open We could’ve made some other arrangements for them to swim somewhere else. Was a huge disappointment for my young grandchildren. I paid cash for my room but they still put the charge on my bank card, its been over a week and they still have not returned my money they should not have charged me.

The hotel and breakfast were great. The pool was great. The staff was friendly and our room was very clean with plenty of towels and very comfortable. The hot was wasn't working in the morning, maybe they ran out by the time I got up but that was the only complaint I had. Otherwise it was a great stay for tournament.

We stayed for the indoor pool as I am visiting my Grandchildren and with the rain we stayed to keep them busy with an indoor pool BUT it was so cold we couldn't use it Very Disappointed we left in the morning and found another place with a better pool and stayed there three days

Very friendly staff. Everyone greeted us, even the housekeeping staff. The lobby was very clean and modern. Great location off the highway near entertainment and food yet still very quiet. Main doors lock with key access only after 11. Firm but comfy bed. Good storage in room.

Rooms were not as clean, especially bathroom. Water stains/mold on shower curtain liner. Small dirt build up in corners on floor. Hair entangled in the towels. The breakfast was lacking. Standard variety of cold cereals and bread was ok but warm offerings consisted of waffle machine, biscuits and gravy and scrambled eggs only. Only 1 juice available because the other 2 were out/broken.

We enjoyed the indoor heated swimming pool, much needed after a concert. Breakfast was so so, a little better than continental breakfasts. The staff were very kind

When I checked out I asked for my receipt to show i paid and was told we don’t give receipts you’ll get an email with your receipt and I haven’t received anything. I’m not happy about not getting a receipt.

The hotel is a great place to bring family, including fur babies. The breakfast has a good selection for a quick bite. Location is great as it is right off the highway and away from the college station craziness. Thank you again. We will definitely be staying here in the future.

Mattress was old and had a low spot in the middle which caused a person to fall towards the center of the bed when laying down.

A little far from Kyle Field, but you can't help that. Pricing during football season is bad everywhere.
