The Hotel is in a great location just across the road from the beach, near the old town and the marina. Lots of shops and restaurants/bars nearby. Easy to pull in with your car and unload your bags in front of the hotel. Lots of secure parking nearby although this was expensive. The receptionist was very welcoming. Spoke good English and explained everything to us. Our room was clean and cleaned daily. The bed was large and very comfortable. We had a lovely view of the sea and marina from our balcony. Our room had a fridge in it. Breakfast was fairly good. Something for everyone and the dining room was bright and pleasant with good views. Staff also efficient and pleasant here. The Sky Bar looked really lovely with fabulous views but unfortunately it was cool and windy when we visited so we didn’t stay for a drink. Had the weather been better we would have really enjoyed sitting there. Only 1 lift was not working and being repaired during our 2 night stay and we did not find this to be a problem .

The area outside our room on the third floor looked drab and tired and the carpet needed replacing. Our balcony also needed repainting. The shower/toilet area was very compact and shower tray needed resealing . It was a good powerful shower though.

Excellent location right opposite the beach & restaurants.

Did not like the bathroom being in the bedroom. There was a bad smell coming from the drain in the shower cubicle. The cleaner didn't turn up one day to clean the room when we asked her to come back in 10 minutes so we could get out for her. We tried on numerous occassions to use the pool on the roof. It was packed up there so we were denied access twice even though we were staying at the hotel. We could not use this facility which was a shame as it looked lovely. We tried to go up there for a drink in the early evening but was also denied access.

Rude pool staff. Never got a sunbed and if you were to get one and go to the bathroom staff would take your towels in

The location was excellent Most of reception staff were friendly I loved the shower! My daughter and I were having a shower twice a day The air conditioner was amazing The bed was comfortable We loved the shop inside hotel! Beautiful

Swimming pool really packed at all time, we didn’t feel comfortable staying there and the bar staff are not friendly, we didn’t feel welcomed! They took long to attend us! Cleaners were not approachable Balcony needed painting, it looks really bad The cushions were not comfortable at all, I was having neck and back pain at night and morning

Directly at beach. Good breakfast and diner. Nice pool on the roof deck of the second tower. Only few sun beds. So come early. Don't book diner in advance. You can still do it while in the hotel and it is 2 Euro cheaper.

The room service rang the bell tree times even when we hang the "don't disturb" sign at the door handle outside. The management should teach them not to do this. The doors and walls are thin and we heard the noises the other rooms and the stairway.

Location, room.

The wi-fi did not work in all rooms, e.g. in room 1526 during most of our stay. The breakfast was fine, but we would prefer more healthy food, e.g. fresh vegetables, cut fruit. It would also be great, if the fried eggs were freshly made, instead of eggs that were dry due to a too long stay on the heater. Furthermore we miss the option of having freshly made omelets or pancakes.

Great location - easy access to port, beach and restaurants. Room was adequately sized and clean with view of the port. Sky Bar is a great feature however very few sun loungers for the size of the hotel. This wasn't a huge issue for us as there is alternative seating, generally waited 30 -60 mins before sun lounger became free, but may be more problematic at high season (we visited in September). We were celebrating our 30th Wedding Anniversary and on our 2nd day we were delighted to find a personalised message and bottle of fizz from the hotel management - such a lovely touch! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend :-)

Location is brilliant. Hotel was quite busy when we were there which was really nice. Bar area pleasant and good drinks. We stayed room only so can’t comment on the food. Hotel is quite basic but clean and tidy and in a fabulous location.

Didn’t like the pool area. Couldn’t get a drink at the bar as it was waiter service only and we waited ages, ended up leaving as didn’t like the area. Felt quite claustrophobic as only a small area and no sunbeds available. I’m not great with heights so didn’t like being that high up. Personal choice but the pools fault :)

Location fabulous, right on the beach with lots of bars and restaurants on your doorstep. Fab price for central location. Roof top terrace and pool is gorgeous and good value for money food and drinks. Sea view room gave stunning views. Reception staff really friendly.

Beds really hard as were the pillows. The light in the bathroom coming into main room due to the glass wall wasn’t great, waking the other person up with bright lights every time one goes to the toilet. Staff members wouldn’t provide plastic glasses for drinks in the room, or allow us to take drinks up, found this very bizarre.
