Clean and updated, beds were very comfortable!

The wifi for the tv was very week and the water pressure in the shower was so low that my daughter refused to wash her hair, because it would take forever to get the shampoo out. It really was low pressure. Also a prior customer had placed a plastic bag over the smoke detector with a hair tie, to get away with smoking weed, assuming but could have been negligent if smoke detection was needed. Maybe the cleaning crew needs to be aware in checking all rooms for this.

The hotel was quite and clean, the food in the restaurant was great. Fresh, well seasoned and presented with care. The restaurant manager was friendly and helpful as well. The front desk staff was very nice and attentative. The actual rooms were clean as well and the beds were some of the most comfortable beds I have slept in.

The walls in the bathroom in front of the toliet were a little dirty. Like maybe some wiped their hands there. It didn't keep me from using the bathroom. But, I can see how it may have been missed especially if the toliet was not used when cleaning.

We really enjoyed our stay. Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean but most of all the staff on all 3 shifts were very helpful, friendly and polite. I had multiple rooms booked and we arrived hours apart and it wasn't an issue to allow them to go ahead and check in and get their keys without me present. We travel a lot for softball and we have run into many different experiences and this one was very positive. I have booked this hotel for another tournament in a couple of weeks with the option to cancel because of some previous stays at other hotels. We will be staying there next time as well.

The hotel was nice. The staff members was nice. Check in was quick. The bed was very comfortable.

The only problem I had and the reason I didn't give them a 10 because its like the walls was thin because when it was time to go to sleep you could here the guests above us. It's like the bed was hitting the wall or something idk. Finally I tried to ignore it and fell asleep but other than that the hotel was good and the location

I have stayed there twice and I love it... it always smells so clean and is clean... The beds are so comfortable... I love that they have Keurigs in the rooms... It feels homie the rooms are really nice and I love that there's 4 pillows on the beds cause I love pillows so 1 out of 10 I give a 10

The breakfast wasn't that great they was renovating the kitchen so all they had was muffins and apples and little bottles of hot orange juice and apple juice and nutrition bars... The refrigerators in the rooms hardly keep anything cold and there is no microwave

The staff were very welcoming and helpful.

Most everything was clean and well taken care of. The only small thing is that the side entrance (near where we parked) was very dirty with piles of cigarettes all over the ground in front of the side door.

Convenient location, easy to find.

There was no fan or air flow in the bathroom so it was extreme warm. There was a sewage smell in the walkways and our floor ice machine was broken. Price was a little high but we know there were events in town.

There was people meeting in the parking lot behind cars multiple times throughout our stay . Kinda sketchy with kids.

The breakfast was great except for the scrambled eyes, they were a little under cook, couldn't eat them. The location is wonderful, close to everything you could need.
