We've stayed in a few places in the Pigalle/Montmartre area with the kids and this is our favourite by far. Wonderful hotel with lovely spacious family rooms, firm comfy beds, wonderful happy, helpful staff, and a perfect location for the beauty of Montmartre and the cool stuff in South Pigalle (including the amazing basketball court literally around the corner). We didn't have breakfast because we love all the little bakeries, greengrocers and cafes in the area, but I'm sure breakfast is great too. Early check in, midday check out and brilliant luggage storage add to all the lovely things on offer here. This will definitely be our hotel of choice whilst the kids are young. Perfect!!

Nothing at all. The best family hotel you could wish for, in the best area of Paris. There's a knocking shop opposite and loads of adults shops in the area, but nothing whatsoever to make anyone feel uncomfortable. Actually added to the life in the area 24/7, unlike some of the more sterile areas of the city. Noise never affected our sleep either, bar the bins lorries in the morning. Kids enjoyed the sights in the shop windows, wife not so much unfortunately.

Great view from our room. Great location close to the Basilique du Sacré-Cœur de Montmartre, the Moulin Rouge and all that Montmartre has to offer. Friendly staff. Quiet room. Nicely decorated. Comfortable bed. Good shower. Good choice of continental breakfast options.

This particular area of Montmartre has quite a few adult entertainment venues and sex shops with sex toys in their window displays. This wasn't a problem for us but if you have children with you or are just not comfortable with this sort of thing then you might want to take a trip down the Boulevard de Clichy via Google Street View before booking.

Clean,friendly and helpful reception staff-Ian very impressive .The room was spacious and comfortable.The hotel is well located with good restaurants nearby.

Weekend breakfast staff need better orientation to needs of customers-maybe they have not been instructed properly or they are very new staff . They were very pleasant but they need to be aware that appropriate serving spoons and tongs and bowls need to be set out and people should not have to ask for these things.Things like milk in the coffee machine and orange juice in appropriate quantities should be available.The food was good but a little attention to preparation would improve the experience. During the week no problem with any of this

From the moment that we walked inside the hotel we felt very welcomed by Noelle. She was very friendly, helpful and made our granddaughters feel very special. Her recommendations for local restaurants were spot on. The hotel feels very luxurious, the rooms are modern, well appointed and nicely decorated. The bathrooms are excellent and the showers were one of the best we have been in recently. The beds were very comfortable and we all got a great nights sleep. This hotel would be my first choice next time we are in Paris

I am not sure anything could have been better. You should understand that the location is an excellent one being 2 minutes walk from the Moulin Rouge and walking distance to Sacre Coeur and other great attractions. The main road (Bd de Clichy) has a number of adult stores that you might not want children to see! However these can be avoided by using the side roads. The area still felt safe.

Loved the closeness to metro, montmartre, boullion, moulin rouge.

It’s wasn’t something we didn’t like but those with families should be aware it’s close to the red light district and there are several sex shops near by.

Perfectly located for exploring on foot and for Metros but placed beautifully to be quiet in the midst of such vibrant surroundings and energy ! The staff were lovely and it felt like the perfect oasis and relaxing haven to awake in or chill out in after a hectic day exploring the city. We loved it and thought it was an incredible find and experience . And could open our window and look out and let the sounds and smells of Paris enter but also close off the world to complete cozy silence . The best sleep I had in years !!!! Thank you .

The room could have been a little bigger and my partner didn’t like the hairdryer , but these were minor compared to the overall experience.

Having been in Paris +25 times, the price/quality ratio of this hotel has been the BEST in this price category (I stayed in mid-April and paid 133 EUR for a 18 sqm room = super nice price - and room size - on basic Parisian scale). The room was in excellent condition and the bathroom spacious & stylish. Two big French balcony windows with nice roof/city views. Kind people at the reception (which is, by the way, super small).

Some people complain about the approximity of Pigalle nightlife but I find these corners really nice (plus the hotel is in a quiet location below Pigalle). Chic Parisian architecture, vibrant vibe on the streets, so many great places to eat and have a drink, not too many tourists... and Montmartre is near.

The room was quite small, but this seems to be usual for Paris. It was Ok for two people, but could have been larger. The receptionist was exceptional and we had several very interesting conversations. The hotel has a lift, and it offers a very good breakfast for 15 euros extra per person. The location, just south of the Pigalle district was good, especially if you walked across to Rue des Martyrs or to the Saint-Georges area. It was easy to access from CDG airport. The room was well appointed, as was the bathroom.

The size of the room. For the cost it could have been bigger. The area around Moulin Rouge was pretty seedy - we avoided this area.

Hotel is convenient to two metro stations that service different lines. Staff were helpful and spoke excellent English. Room was great for 4 people. Two separate rooms and plenty of space. The breakfast was fine, but a bit pricey. Our youngest child did eat free, though.

The street the hotel is on has a lot of "adult" themed businesses. Wasn't a problem. Lot's of signs with the word 'sex' in them. Didn't bother us, but if that sort of thing bothers you, be aware. A little far from central Paris.

Good location as was close to Metro and local restaurants and bars

Room was small in comparison with photos. Doors to the balcony couldn't open fully without hitting the bed.
